Description of Work: Moved my business from one location to another. Contacted company, rep met with me at new location and discussed job. Could not answer questions about whenther phones from previous system could be used in new bldg and did not know system. Asked me to provide info which was provided to him that day. Never answered questions. Company agreed to provide services to hook up phones and bring old system to new location and program phones on moving day. Did not show up. Contacted them after one hour late. They sent a worker to install system who claimed he never installed a system before (only uninstalled them), did not know how it worked or what phones should used. Said he was unable to program phones. Told "repairman" that I did not want him, needed someone who could install system, program system and answer questions about system. Company then called me and said that even though the "repairman" had never done it before, they thought he could figure it out from the manual (while I paid them $85/hr). I had to call another company and my business was without service. Do not use them. Try Midwest or A Retired Telephone Man.

Description of Work: INSTALLED A NEW 10 UNIT PHONE SYSTEM FOR OUR VETERINARY CLINIC.
