Just The Cleaning Lady

She is excellent. She actually uses Q tips. I have used her services for around a dozen years. I have used other cleaning services, and they do not do as thorough a job. Bookshelves will be dusty, and if I call they say that they cannot get up on a ladder, but she is not scared to do that sort of thing.

She is very punctual and pleasant. She talks too much which makes her take forever to clean the house. The lack of professionalism involves her making comments about other people's dirty homes. She does a good surface cleaning but neglects corners.

The first cleaning was OK. She missed some things and the next time I left a list of things I wanted extra attention given to. This seemed to upset her and she asked if we felt we could not talk to her. Well no! I didn't know her and we were both at work. The cleanings that followed were average at best. She had commented that are house was so clean and we really did not need her. She also had stated at the beginning it would take 4 hours to clean our home. We noticed that it only took her 2-2.5 hours quite a difference and the lack of quality showed in her effort. What bothers me the most is she wanted paid in cash and once we were short $4.00. She has hounded us for her (4) dollars since we cancelled her services. I feel this is petty and the fact she was making $50 an hour roughly while she cleaned my house and not very well at that was payment enough.

She's given us advice on cleaning products, places to keep things, and overall organization of our home. She works miracles, and it is always nice to come home after she has been there.

Patty is absolutely wonderful at straightening and organizing everything from your freezer to your messy closet. We always came home and found some newly organized corner that Patty had taken care of. If you need someone to organize things, I would definitely call Patty. She thinks of everything like hangars, a container to keep your tupperware lids, every little thing she thinks of. And it always looks great when she's done with a closet or the pantry or the freezer, and it's easy to find things and easy to take care of once she's done the organizing. On the other hand, Patty did great cleaning at first, but then little things started to not be done. For example baseboards, things not being moved, shower walls not being cleaned. Overall, the house looked OK; it was just the minor things that weren't good.

I hired Patty to clean our home twice. Patty first visited while I was on bedrest, so I was unable to assess her quality of work except for what was done in the master bedroom and bath. She was on time and very friendly. According to my husband and mother, she did an OK job. I noticed she did not clean the glass tops on our nightstands the first visit so I was sure to mention this the second visit. She spent about 5 hours cleaning our 5500 square foot home. The second visit, she spent only 3 hours cleaning, and it showed! This cost the same as the first visit. Upon inspecting the home, it was obvious that at least 3 of the toilets were not cleaned, no mirrors were cleaned and two of the upstairs bathroom floors had not been swept or mopped. She did vacuum and I saw her dust some things and empty the trash. I think from her comments that she thought our house was already clean enough, but I feel that if you pay someone to clean your home they should clean it regardless!

Patty (the housecleaner) is an organized, experienced housecleaner. She demonstrates integrity and promptness.

I have had Patty clean for the past three months, and have no plans on changing our arrangement. She does an outstanding job! I love coming home after she's cleaned to find out what all she's done. The house always looks great, and there always seems to be something extra done (for example, she has cleaned out my closet, organized my linen closet, cleaned my oven, swept out my garage, cleaned the fridge, and more) that I wouldn't have expected. She is great about communicating with me and I appreciate the work she does.

I feel really lucky to have ''met'' Patty at a time that she had an opening. She's reliable and does an excellent job. I get the feeling that she feels like it's her house too, so she takes pride in what she does and you can see it when you walk into the house after she's been there. We are definitely happy with her and hope for a long and lasting relationship!

Patty does an incredible job. She vacuumed the furniture, cleaned ceiling fans - the house was gleaming when I got home. I am very particular about the cleaning of my house and she does an exceptional job. She cleaned on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for a bit before I had a baby and cut costs - she was always open to feedback and encouraged it and would go the extra step when she saw something that needed attention. She even caulked around the faucet on our bath tub - cleaning up the mildew. She takes pride in her work and does a very good job.

Very good job. The house was shiny and smelled clean. Prior to coming, they asked detailed questions to know what supplies to bring. They brought all own equipment and cleaning supplies, even things like a step stool. Everything was cleaned including doors, light fixtures (changed light bulbs as she cleaned if they were burned out), cabinets, and closets. The family room was fully paneled with built in cabinets. The walls in this room were cleaned with liquid gold cleaner. Appropriate wood cleaner was used on hardwood floors. Very detailed. Made notes of small details to be aware of (like door stop missing an end) which made me believe that every corner was inspected and cleaned. I was pleased with the result.

VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE. PROVIDED VERY THOROUGH CLEANING, VERY ENCOURAGING OF FEEDBACK AND RESPONDED TO SUGGESTIONS. CLEANED A 2 STORY HOME WITH TWO MALAMUTE DOGS - LOTS OF DOG HAIR AND TACKLED IT VERY WELL. VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. DID NOT CONTINUE SERVICE AS REALIZED NEEDED WEEKLY SERVICE AFTER RECEIVING SUCH HIGH QUALITY WORK. WOULD CONTINUE IF LUXURY THAT I COULD AFFORD WITH A NEW CHILD.

EXCELLENT! SHE'LL WILLING TO DO ANYTHING YOU NEED HER TO DO, AND THEN SOME. SHE'S A BIT OF A NEAT FREAK, SO IT'S HARD FOR HER IF YOU HAVE AN AREA THAT YOU WANT LEFT ALONE. BUT WHAT SHE CLEANS, SHE ALSO LEAVES VERY NEAT. SHE ALSO SUGGESTS THINGS THAT SHE SEES NEED TO BE DONE, BUT CAN'T DO HERSELF, LIKE HAVING THE CARPETS CLEANED AND WILL HELP ORGANIZE THAT.

SHE DID A GOOD JOB.

PATTY IS A VERY HARD WORKER AND VERY MOTIVATED TO DO HER BEST.

PATTY IS GREAT! SHE REALLY STANDS BY HER WORK, AND THE QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING.

TALKS A GOOD GAME, BUT FOR THE MONEY, WORK WAS LACKLUSTER. CLEANED FOR US TWICE. MUTUAL PARTING OF THE WAYS. THE PEOPLE GIVING HER ''A'' GRADES ARE HAVING A VASTLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.

PATTY AND CREW HAVE BEEN WITH ME FOR A LONG TIME.

THIS GAL IS EXCELLENT! SHE EVEN USES Q-TIPS FOR CLEANING. DOES MORE THAN REQUIRED.
