Hello, My name is Joel Taylor and I am a professional tree climber. My wife and I, along with our two daughters live in McCordsville, Indiana. I am a graduate of Franklin College and own and operate JT Tree Service. We are a complete tree service company and offer everything from trimming to removal. We are available 24 hours a day for storm damage. We also offer free estimates. JT Tree Service is licensed through the State of Indiana and is fully insured.

JT Tree Service removed my dead or damaged trees quickly, taking special care with the trees that could damage property. The entire crew was very professional and were obviously well trained to insure the trees were safely taken down and removed. They did exactly what I wanted done including leaving a pile of wood chips that I requested for a hammock area and path into my woods. The price was about what I expected for this job. I would hire them again.

Had a tree get uprooted and needed emergency service to have it removed before it fell. Called six tree removal contractors before reaching JT, who was able to respond immediately. JT and his crew arrived onsite and explained what they would do to safely remove the tree. Within 90 minutes of arrival, the tree was down, chopped up, the area was cleaned up and JT's crew also removed some poison ivy vines and did some additional pruning while they were onsite. Very professional, courteous, cost-effective and most of all timely. I would highly recommend JT Tree Service to anyone and will be using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the service Joel, along with his staff provided for me on such a short notice. I inquired about a tree that had roots that had surfaced and were exposed and threatening the foundation of my home. Upon making a professional evaluation, Joel recommended the removal of the tree, as the roots were at a point where damage to my home’s foundation was imminent. I must say, once I decided to proceed with having the tree removed based on Joel’s recommendation, I was extremely pleased at how quickly and efficiently he and his staff took care of the removal of the tree, as well as, the debris of bark and leaves. There is virtually no evidence that a tree ever existed. He smoothed out the existing soil and gave suggestions on how to proceed with taking care of the lawn. I am very relieved that the tree is no longer an issue and that I entrusted Joel and his staff to provide this courteous, exceptional and expedite service for me. I talked to Joel Taylor (the owner) about removing a tree that fell on my fence and into the neighbors yard. He was very helpful in explaining how the process would work. They came out several days later, on 11/1/19, and completed the job. Everything came out great and they went above and beyond in the clean up. Our neighbors said they could not even tell a tree had landed in their lawn (after the clean up)

Joel and his team cleared away a fallen branch on our roof the same day we called for a quote. They also trimmed other branches that would soon pose a hazard/nuisance. They were super professional and fast. I will definitely hire them again!

Joel and his crew did a fabulous job of meticulously reshaping all trees...they did not rush the job, cleaned up after their trimming. Also, Joel was very responsive after my initial phone call requesting a quote for the work required. Their costs were very satisfactory for the professional job completed. We called JT Tree Service because they had removed several dead trees on an adjacent property a short time ago. We noticed that their workmanship was very neat and efficient at that time. So we called them to remove some dead branches that were in danger of falling into our backyard.. We explained to Joel {owner of JT Tree Service} that we were concerned that one of them might fall on one of our 2 small dogs who play in the backyard. Joel and his crew were here that afternoon to remove the branches! We were very pleased and impressed with their care and responsiveness and would highly recommend them!

JT provided a fair quote the same day that I contacted him for the removal of three trees, JT also pointed out that another tree in my yard had branches hitting the roof of my house, which I had not noticed. Within 5 days of agreeing to the work the trees were removed exactly as we discussed and all branches were hauled away. The tree that was trimmed looked so much better and all trimmings were also removed.

Joel and his team were responsive and thorough. They safely removed two large pine trees including stumps, brought up the canopies of several pines and trimmed two other trees. Joel came out to the house to assess what was needed and he matched the price of another tree service. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services and I will use him again to keep the trees looking good and in good health.

Great experience working with JT. We had them trim a couple of trees way back (50%) as well as a large evergreen and a large bush. JT has a large crew and they took care of everything in just a couple of hours. They did a good job cleaning up when they were done and chipped up all of the branches and took it all away. JT spent some time explaining our landscaping to me and the method that I can use to trim some of it myself to save on money down the road.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Communication was timely and informative unlike others I have had experience with. At there own inconvenience rescheduled service date over concern for the impact performing the work that day would have created with the wet ground on my lawn. I highly recommend Jason and his team and will use them again.

Once again happy with his service- Our yard is inaccessible to vehicle traffic so they were able to take the tree down without any machinery- just climbing the tree- Saved our lawn.

Joel, was responsive and easy to work with. We had him grind out a stump in our backyard and he did an excellent job. Knowing that were going to replace a tree in the proximity, he made sure and ground the stump well below the surface to make sure replanting would go well.

It was great. Their estimate was in line with others, so I hired them based on AL reviews. I quickly got the estimate and they said they'd be out in about two weeks. They did show up without calling first, but it wasn't a big deal. They called when I didn't answer the door, and I told them what I wanted and they delivered. The trees look great. They took good care to shape the trees and not make it look like a hack-job. I appreciate that.

This is the only company that was able to get to our 40+ ft trees without equipment. Other companies wanted to use our neighbors lots to get to the trees (our lot is inaccessible to equipment) . They cleaned up our lot and stacked the wood like we requested. We also had a 40+ foot tree deadwooded for safety. This is the second time we used them- the first time one of our trees fell on our neighbors fence and they removed the tree.
