When I got there, I was cheerfully greeted and asked how they could help me. I told them I needed an oil change. They asked if the wipers were in good shape, and I said they were. They led me to the waiting room, pointed out the coffee machine and water cooler if I was thirsty, and the bathroom if I needed to use it. After a few minutes, they showed me the air filters for the cabin, which were very dirty, and I asked them to replace it.

Shortly thereafter, they came in saying they were done. I was checked out efficiently, effectively, and very nicely.

My experience with Jiffy Lube has always been positive, aside from their prices for a basic oil change being approximately $10-$20 higher than what other locations charge. The gentlemen are always very polite and extremely efficient. When I am running behind, I know that I can get in and out at Jiffy Lube and they'll get the job done well!

They were extremely expensive. My experience was good last time; they knew what they were doing. I have had bad and good experiences there. They did a good job last time; it depends upon the personnel that they have got assigned at that location. I have been there before when the people did not even seem to know what they were doing. I do not use them very often. I only use them in a situation where I really feel like the oil needs to be changed now; otherwise I use other places for that, mostly the dealer. They do what they say in the time that they are going to do it.

It went fantastic. every one was very friendly. I pulled into the shop and tossed them the keys. They were polite in asking what I wanted done and opened the door for me to their waiting room. They had everything clean, even their working environment. They used "yes sir, no sir" and quoted what everything was going to cost before they even did it. They offered discounts upfront and were honest with what I needed done and didn't.

Overall, it was the best customer experience I have ever had in my life. Down to the tiniest detail it was great.

Received the standard oil change. As I was driving away the low oil warning light was on. I circled back around the building to the entrance. It was found that the oil level was 3 quarts low (the car holds a total of 4 quarts.) There was also an issue with the oil filter, it was leaking. They did take care of all of the issues but this just should not have happened. I’m sorry but I’ll be getting my oil changed elsewhere in the future.

Very responsive when I drove up and completed work I requested. The person that came in to show me the condition of my filter spoke to fast and to quietly.

I never know when I take my car in if I really need all the services they recommend, so I just have to trust that the auto shops are being truthful. I hope that was the case with this store. The radiator flush was recommended to prepare the car for winter - it wasn't a service I went in to get. I usually get an oil change here just because it is convenient and I really like the fact that they vacuum my van - a little thing, but I like it!
