It went real well. They are very honest, fair, trustworthy, professional and also friendly. They do good business. They have good prices and good work.

They were great and friendly. I have never had a ring resized before and thought that it would cost about 100$, but i was very happy with the cost. They called me when it was done which was very nice and I picked it up.

I absolutely LOVE this store!! I found them by doing a search on eBay and finding a ring with an aquamarine stone that I liked (but was hesitant to purchase online) only to discover that their store was right here in Fishers. Went to the store to see the ring and purchased it (discounted from the eBay price). They had to size it but that was included in the price. After having the aquamarine ring for approximately 3 weeks, I decided that maybe I needed a band of diamonds to go with it as I was using this for my wedding ring. Went back to Jewelry Gallery and they had two matching bands with 1/2 carat each of magnificent diamonds that were just stunning when paired with the ring I had purchased earlier. In total for two bands and my original purchase (aquamarine approx 2-1/2 carats with 1/2 carat diamond sidestones) I paid less than $2000. Would have cost me more than double that at any other jewelry store...and I would have never, ever have found these amazingly unique settings. Would return there in a minute!!

It was my first time there. One of the lasting impressions was how warmly I was greeted. Their customer service is outstanding. Even though I had only a small repair, the way I was treated made me feel like I was a very important customer. I was shown several stones which could be used to replace the lost one and was given guidance on which would be the best for that ring. Also at that visit, I took in another ring to be resized. It was very comforting when I was told resizing would ruin the settings and they would not attempt it. Even though neither of my rings were expensive, both mean a lot to me. They respected my jewelry. To my delight, the repair turned out better than expected. Plus my ring was polished and cleaned and it looked brand new. They even polished and cleaned the ring they didn't work on. An outstanding jeweler!

The quoted price $25 for resizing was substantially less than the $98 2 weeks turnaround time from other jewerly stores. I was very happy to return to the store two days later to pick up the ring. They were happy to text my phone rather than calling at my request.
