JDL HOME SERVICES

JDL was assigned for our Home Warranty. I submitted a claim for my A/C saying it wouldn't always cool and that when I went outside I heard a "hum". He comes by, 8 days after my initial request with the home warranty. He shows up and then misdiagnoses my A/C problem. He said the "Power Saver" box attached to my A/C, which is owned by the power company, is the cause of my problems. I call the power company and they come and get the box. At this point, A/C is completely broke, and it's 90F in my house. The Power Company tech looked at the inside and said "your capacitor is out, come look, it's bulging". And it sure was. I call back JDL 5 times. He eventually calls me back several hours later after I had called the Home Warranty company again. He said he can get me in Monday. Mind you it is ALREADY Monday afternoon. So between my initial request and him coming to repair the item, it would be 3 weeks to get my A/C working again. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible. Dosent keep appointments and is rude. He canceled my appointment without my knowledge through warranty company. Only had a day available that was a week away from original request told him it was too far. John told me he would keep it open if I didn’t get another company to come out sooner, mind you this was on a Thursday. I decided to just keep the appointment I thought I had because the weekend was starting Friday literally the next day. Tried to call him multiple times no answer. Monday rolls around I call the warranty company because I can’t reach him they tell me the issue is in the system as canceled. Ok, open same ticket again and he calls me again saying he can’t come for another 6 days. John continues on to say I didn’t call and he waited for may call…bullcrap Told him I was told appointment was canceled John proceeds to tell me he only knows about his system not company system. So you mean to tell me that a company that you’ve been working with you don’t know how the system works total hogwash. He gave me some salesman Bull crap about a system, and not knowing how it works unprofessional unacceptable I do not recommend.

home warranty company sent him out to fix dryer. missed appointment twice before finally coming out. said belt was broken after 2 mins of looking at dryer. said would need to order belt and come back. took my $100 and disappeared.

WONDERFUL TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE. VERY EFFICIENT. QUALITY OF WORK IS TOPS. ALWAYS CLEAN DURING WORK AND CLEAN UP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
