Everything he did was unsatisfactory. The sun room had 13 different leaks, 2 of which in the ceiling leak every time it rains, there is steam between the panes and some of the panes have cracked. He will not return calls and his phone number now says "your call did not go through please call again." This was a horrible experience and I now have filed suit against him. I will have to have the room redone.

Jake did a great job, was very knowledgeable about the windows and had a great attitude. He also found a separate source that was causing water infiltration in our house and fixed it.
