About us

J. L. Hupp Jewelers is independently owned and operated by Jerry and Lynn Hupp. The store was opened in April, 1977. Our specialty is personal service by providing everything you need in jewelry, watches and clocks. We offer custom design or will special order from one of our many jewelry manufacturers. We do appraisals on jewelry and watches as well as providing repair service for all types of jewelry and all grades of watches, both mechanical and quartz. In the past 10 years we have expanded our jewelry line to include Estate and Antique jewelry, high grade pre-owned Rolex watches and other rare and vintage watches. With the increase in the metals market, we also buy old gold, silver, coins, watches, diamonds and used jewelry. Call us or stop by for more information. Additional contact: Jerry Hupp

It went well. They were very nice. I did not have the extra links and they said they would try to fix it. They did not promise anything but called in a couple days to say it was fixed. They fixed it quickly.

He was very fair. He made sure the clock was worth repairing. I was real impressed with him. Another clock repair company recommended him to us. He was very honest. I would use his service for other things.

The repair was very clearly visible, as they used something that looks like some kind of staple rather than welding the broken chain link. The repair did not last long: the second time i put on the bracelet, it broke again, in the same spot.

They repaired and resized a wedding ring that had to be cut off my mother's finger prior to having hand surgery. The back of the ring was worn very thin, so we weren't sure it could be repaired and also sized larger. They did a beautiful job on the ring, and it was done within 3 days.

THE BEST PART ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS I ARRIVED 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND SPENT AT LEAST 45 MINUTES LOOKING AT OTHER PIECES OF JEWELRY. THE SALES ASSOCIATE, JASON, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT ONCE ACT LIKE I WAS TAKING UP HIS TIME WHEN HE COULD HAVE LEFT. I ENDED UP BUYING SEVERAL ITEMS BECAUSE OF THE TIME AFFORDED AND THE SERVICE. JASON WAS WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND DIDN''T TRY TO SELL ME.
