Outstanding company! Everything went very well, from sales (Brian), installation (Cody) and training (Jeremy). They were punctual on all appointments and very courteous and professional. System works as advertised, no complaints. Kudos to all, especially Jeremy who is an outstanding trainer as he took the time and care training Huck who is a rescue dog. I recommend Invisible Fence of Central Indiana and would hire them again.

Dave came out and we walked the lot to identify where the cable would go. I live on a pond and I wanted my dog to have access to the shore. That meant placing the cable in the water. Dave got it out there well enough but a couple of weeks later he had to come back. A muskrat had chewed through the cable! He spliced in the thickest cable they had and we found a great way to get it out in the water a good way from shore. No problems since. In summary, the product is quality and works very well (I have it on the lowest settings), the service is very friendly and responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great! Best choice we could have made for Louie. If your on the fence about getting Invisible Fence I assure you it’s a great investment for your animal. Start to finish we were happy with everything. Sales, installation, and training. They are there when they say they will be. Training is gentle and effective. Our Louie loved Jennica and he graduated on target! Since, the invisible fence has proven to be effective. Louie learned his boundaries. He plays all the time in the yard, unleashed. This company was great and can customize the placement of the wires like they did for us. We are happy!

Very well. They installed the fence and trained my dog about 6 months ago. My dog is completely reliable after the training--even after i removed the flags, she does not test her boundaries. A couple of months ago landscapers accidentally cut the line. Invisible Fence was very responsive--they came an repaired the break the very next day.

Got quotes from two other companies - both lacked professionalism in their quoting process (neither followed up to see if we wanted to purchase either.) Invisible Fence was more expensive, but met price of other vendor when asked. Installation was easy and efficient. Training of dog was good. Were 1/2 hour late to second training, but spent good amount of time with us to do actual training. Would definitely ise them again!

It went great! They're service is exceptional! My line was cut three times due to new home construction, and Invisible Fence came the next morning to repair it.

Got a new puppy and found out that young puppies can be trained on the invisible fence. I was initially skeptical but my 3 month old puppy is happily running around the yard enjoying freedom from a leash. Jennica, our trainer is wonderful, she gave me lots of tips to help me with our practice between sessions to make sure the puppy was successful. She is very knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions for every problem we encountered.

Such a great company, from sales to service! Every person I've interacted with is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that my pet has received the highest level of training, and I am very confident with my pet outside unsupervised. A+!

With the invisible fence it includes 3 training sessions.  The first trainin sessions was in doors the girl was here for about 30 minutes to train 2 dogs. The second training session the same girl arrived at 8:00, I had to work at 9:00, I was planning on waking my daughter up to finish out the session, the trainer was gone at 8:20. I did not feel comfortable about the stage of training my dogs were at. I placed a phone call realized the training sessions should have been at least an hour or more with 2 dog. That next day a new person was sent out, very professional and spent the time with my dogs. The final training sessions was another new person, I thought my dogs had a better sense of the training however from the point to when the trainer left my home my dogs are completely scared to go outside in the front yard. I would have also thought a follow up phone call would have been made to see how the dogs were doing whether it was a trainer or the sales person. 

From our 1st meeting with Scott to the installation done by M.R. ,dog training with Ally and another gentleman we feel they run a top notch business. Everyone was very nice and also very professional. Most importantly we have been soooo excited to be able to play with our dog on our three acres! It's only been a week, but so far so great! We highly recommend this company

Scott was the person who set everything up for us and he was amazing very prompt with appointment time and talked us through everything to consider with the new electric fence. The two guys that installed the fence showed up early and installed the fence in a timely manner and walked me through everything once the fence was installed. I had 3 trainers I remember Megan was our first trainer and they were all amazing with our dog and they all showed up early to appointments which was great that I didn't have to wait around for 3 hours. The fence is great and our dog is still learning the boundaries but it is definitely doing it's job! We are having an electric door placed into our glass sliding door this next week.

They were wonderful. Fixed the problem. Treated me fair. Repaired my fence that wasn't my fault. Very professional. Seemed concerned of the safety of the animals.

Installation was quick and exactly what we wanted.  The trainer that came to our house was excellent.
