The BEST housekeeping service around. I would not hire anyone else.

This was the second time I'd used this service. The first time, the ladies who cleaned were amazing---there wasn't a speck of dust on ANY surface and I could've eaten off of the floors (wood & tile). The service provided the second time, however, wasn't nearly as good. Mirrors were smeared, some baseboards were never touched, and the tub handle (crystal ball knob) fell off in my hand when I went to use it shortly after they'd left. I can only assume that they were turning it counterclockwise in order to clean it and it came unscrewed from the base, but it would've been nice if they'd told me about it (I was working in my basement the entire time they were there.) It was easily fixed, but I disliked the surprise. I would still use this service, but next time I'll (1) verify that everybody's on the same page insofar as the quality of services is concerned and (2) explain that if something unusual happens during the service, I'd like to know about it at the time it occurs.

Great! They cleaned every room from top to bottom, including blinds, ceiling fans, base boards, window sills....all floors cleaned, floor to ceiling book shelves dusted. Bathroom and kitchens shine! Two women were here for 7 hours, and they work non-stop.

Excellent. The premises were in really bad shape and they made it look new again. They worked very hard and made sure I was happy with the job. I would recommend them for a super service award.

Perfect. Every surface was cleaned to a shine. Every nook of the fridge, every corner of the bathrooms.

They were just fine. I had to redo the kitchen floors. They didn't clean the entire refrigerator inside like I had thought they were going to. They did wipe it out a little bit. They came pretty soon after the purchase. I would consider them. They could have paid more attention to the refrigerator and kitchen floors.

I'm not someone who had ever considered using a cleaning service prior to this, but I was having a convention kick-off party for our team and realized I just couldn't do it on my own. Things had gotten out of control. I struggle with chronic illness so my cleaning has been limited to what is essential to survive. Needless to say, there are some things that went too long without attention. Despite this, they didn't complain or judge at all. (I was seriously ashamed of the state of my house so this is a BIG deal.) In fact, despite dealing with things I would have never expected another human to do (seriously, they did things I did not expect of them,) they remained pleasant and professional the whole time they were here. They were remarkably thorough and the results are amazing. I am finding things they cleaned that I hadn't even realized were dirty. My 20 year old refrigerator looks brand new. They even dusted my husband's action figures. There were nice little touches everywhere like organizing my shower bottles and cleaning out my hairbrush. These four ladies were here for four solid hours and were going full tilt the whole time. To someone who has never used a cleaning service before, it seemed like a lot of money, but now that I've had it done, I can't believe what a bargain it was. It was worth twice what I paid.

Absolutely amazing! I cannot sufficiently express how great these ladies were. Every aspect of this experience was joyful, especially after the humiliating experience we had last week with the prima donnas of another local cleaning company. While we were working, getting ready for work, and taking care of our baby, IndyLatinaMaid transformed our house from a post-partum disaster area into a tidy home again. To start at the beginning: we got a coupon on Angie's List for $195 for 8 hours of cleaning. We contacted the company with our best available times, and they responded less than 12 hours later with a confirmation. Best of all, they didn't give a four-hour "window" of when they *might* show up; they said they'd be there at 9:30 AM. On the day of, two ladies came to the door at 9:35. They apologized for being late, and we were stunned. We of course told the IndyLatinaMaid ladies that their arrival time was absolutely fine, showed them the rooms and primary areas to clean, and they got right to work. (Note: The week before, the aforementioned other cleaning company showed up late to their 4-hour window and didn't even acknowledge their timing before leaving immediately because "they didn't want their equipment to get dirty" (I'm not kidding! That's exactly what they said, and then walked right out the door! We should have gone with IndyLatinaMaid right from the start!).) For four hours straight, these ladies absolutely superpowered their way through weeks of built-up grime. I had to work, my wife had to get ready for work, and both of us took turns taking care of the baby, and through it all, the IndyLatinaMaid women cleaned. They carefully moved chairs and small furniture to get at every corner, and even tidied around some baby toys and mail piles we told them they didn't need to worry about. They got little details like the molding on the room doors and the little fuzzy pads under chair and table legs. No pauses, no breaks, not an idle moment. When the baby took a nap in her crib, they carefully cleaned the floors and furniture in her room, quiet as a mouse; baby never even stirred. On the way out the door, they swept out the front porch and front walk. Our house looks beautiful again, and it's all due to these two women and their four hours of solid elbow grease. We could not thank these ladies enough. Am I gushing? Am I sounding a bit too enthusiastic? Seriously, we've been overwhelmed for weeks between our daughter (who's popping molars at seven months! Argh!) and two fulltime careers. That other cleaning company made us wait nearly a month for an appointment that they promptly reneged on, making us feel even worse and miserable. If I come off as overly giddy, it's because I AM. We needed a little bit of cleaning assistance, and with IndyLatinaMaid, we got exactly what we needed, right when we needed it. They are a top-notch cleaning team that is: Worth. Every. Penny.

They are incredible- best house cleaners we've ever had. They clean everything! They are always on time and work hard until they are finished. Highly recommend them. 

The three ladies arrived on time.  They didn't speak English but seemed to understand it.  Overall they did a fantasist job.  They were as detailed as described in the 'buy it now'.  I didn't originally think there would be a significant change, but it was evident when they were finished.  Start to finish was about 5 hours.  We plan to hire them on an ongoing basis.  We didn't notice before they left that they forgot to do the refrigerator.  This was disappointing as it was to be included and really needed it.  Oven cleaning was excellent.

There were two very pleasant ladies and they worked together as a team and was truly outstanding people and very hard workers. They arrived, review the work needed and went to work. They cleaned upstairs and downtown, all baths were sparkling and the kitchen was shining, carpet was vacuumed, window boards cleaned. I can't say enough about these two young ladies. Yes, I plan to have them back on a routine basis, as they excellent!

I am picky when it come to my home and the three (3) ladies who cleaned met, or surpassed, my expectations. I have used many A-rated housekeeping services from Angie's List, but none have been as good as these ladies! Other companies should take lessons from them. They did a deep cleaning of my home. They washed all the doors and sills. They cleaned the blinds. They used some tool to clean my couches. All surfaces were dusted. Baseboards were cleaned. They even cleaned my oven and microwave. All floors were mopped. Mirrors were cleaned. Glass in French Doors washed. Lamp shades cleaned. Carpets vacuumed. In the guest bath, they folded the guest towel to look like a swan. That is going the extra step!! The three ladies arrived just before 9:30 AM and finished by 2:00 PM. They supplied all the cleaning supplies and used their own vacuums. Granite counters were nicely cleaned and shined. You should hire this company!!

This crew was punctual, thorough, professional and pleasant. We had been packing to move for several weeks and the house needed complete, down to the surfaces cleaning. They cleaned all cabinets, all surfaces, all closets. They were fantastic. I recommend them highly.

While I wasn't in attendance my husband was and he is by far more particular than I am and he was very very happy and I can tell you from the results not a nook or cranny was missed. Would I use them again.. you bet.. I plan on having them do a regular cleaning of our new home.
