SONNY WORKS BY HIMSELF AND DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK. HE TAKES HIS TIME AND DOES THINGS RIGHT. HE WAS ONE OF THE HIGHEST ESTIMATES WE GOT, BUT HE WAS WELL WORTH IT. I LIKED SEEING HIM ONLY USING A ROLLER & BRUSH. ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES SPRAY ON THEIR PAINT OR SPRAY AND THEN BACK ROLL. NOT GOOD.
Description of Work: SONNY REPAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. FIRST HE POWER WASHED THE SURFACE TO BE PAINTED TO REMOVE DIRT & LOOSE PAINT. HE SPRAYED ANY MILDEW HE FOUND WITH BLEACH WATER TO KILL IT. HE RECAULKED AS NEEDED. RENAILED ANY LOOSE SIDING. THEN HE APPLIED TWO COATS OF PAINT WITH A BRUSH & ROLLER ONLY. THIS WAS NOT A SPRAY JOB. HE ALSO PAINTED THE MINI BARN OUT BACK.
