His work is clean, percise, timely, professional and he is just a NICE guy on top of it all. I HIGHLY recommend Eric to whomever is lucky enough to meet him.
My ONLY complaint is he is leaving Indiana and I am SOOO disappointed selfishly for ME but very HAPPY for him.
DON'T THINK TWICE before hiring Eric Holm. He WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!

Fantastic job, love the porch. Professional & affordable. Eric's attention to detail is top notch. Every inch of wood is cut exact. This porch will last forever! Eric has completed other projects for me as well as my real estate clients and everyone is always happy. I know I can tell Eric what I want and he will make it happen. Eric will never do a shoddy job. I would recommend him to do anything. Eric is the best contractor I have ever work with and I work with many people in my field including builders.

Eric has been to my place several times for repairs as well as several of my clients properties. He does very good quality repair work and is very knowledgeable in several home repair areas. His services are fairly priced and he always shows up when he says he will. He has been a great asset to my business over the years in helping clients of mine as well.

Have used Eric many times over the last 12 months - trust worthy, professional and experienced - will tell you what is wrong, give you options and make a recommendation - then do a killer job in getting the work done - flawlessly - will call to advise if runnning late - they type of person you can leave in your home and trust them to do the work, lock up, etc
