Jon did a great job.  I couldn't be happier.  He came out right away to give me an estimate and did the work the next day.  He completed the whole job when he said he would and it all looks great.  I would highly recommend.   

Contracted to paint cathedral ceiling bedroom, hallway (tall ceiling), & bathroom. Service was prompt, professional, and very detail oriented. Very easy to work with. I would also like to note that he was also able on this job to match paint and repair a water stain on the ceiling which exceeded my expectations.
I will use again in the future and would recommend as well

He cleaned up all the mess that he made. It was a really good price and he does the all work by himself.

Jon has done a great job repairing the wood on our wood windows.  A large company in the area tried to tell me 4 years ago that they all needed to be replaced.  I was shocked!  Most seemed like they were in good condition.  A neighbor told me about Jon and told me to give him a call to take a look.  He came out and told me that a couple needed some significant repair but could be done for a fair price.  I had him do the work and have never regretted it. They still look great! His is back now to make a few more repairs and know they will look great too.  Each time he has done work, they have been better than when they were new!   Don't hesitate to give him a call!

It was very good. I got the name from a friend at work who's neighbor had used them alot. They gave me reasonable quotes, did great work on time, and even did some additional wok for me while they were here. Also told me what i sholdnt pay them to do...instead pointing me to a better deal at the local hardware store.

John set an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. During the estimate he did a supberb job of walking me throught the problems and phsically demonstrating them to me. I didn't have to take his word for it, he showed me. We had a few other quotes, and none were so thurough in explaination of why we needed to make the repairs. It turns out that some of the others missed a bad triple window... it was the worst of them all, but was difficult to get to and looked fine from the outside. After considering the work and looking hard at the expenditure we decided to go with John at Hogan Residential Services. Each of the other companies seemed to be upstanding and trustworthy, but I felt very comfortable with John. He provided references that I contacted to verify my instincts. John communicated his time line for the work very well and throughout the process. If he was not going to be there when he said he would be he let us know. During the 2-3 weeks he worked on the project he kept things clean and was not ever "in the way". John completed on time and we are very happy with the work. Everything went as he said it should and there were no suprises... the job cost what he said it would cost and we got what he said we would get.

Did a great job. When we hit an unexpected snag, Jon went the extra mile to get the job done right at the same price.

Jon was recommended by my window cleaning crew from 20/20 after receiving a bid for replacing the windows from the original installers that was very expensive. Jon returned my call the day it was placed, made an appointment to do an estimate the following day and arrived early for the appointment. We talked about each window, the extent of the damage and possible repair options (complete restoration or partial restoration) for the estimate. Within a week, I had an estimate and we agreed over the phone that he would begin the job and demonstrate the technique and capabilities of restoring the windows for 4 of the windows to ensure that I was pleased with the job. Once my husband and I saw the first window completed and the precision and care that Jon and his partner demonstrated we asked that he complete the job. The entire job took several weeks to complete. Jon is a small independent contractor, is very precise and kept the job site very clean.

He removed the first row of siding, so he could do what he needed to do and saw that bugs had been eating away the wood. He stopped the job and let us know, so we could have an exterminator take care of the the problem. I feel he was responsible in telling me and then waiting until that work was done, so he could complete. In result of that, he had replaced some of the wood that had been eaten way.

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDED. WORKED ON WEEKEND TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE. OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH WORK PERFORMED.

HE IS REASONABLY PRICED AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO TRAMPLE THE LANDSCAPING AND FLOWER BEDS. HE WAS VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. HE DID GREAT WORK!
