I had contacted the company looking for a regular housekeeper.  Sue responded and said she didn't have any bi-weekly openings by could come once a month until I was able to find someone or a slot opened in her schedule.

We talked about what I wanted done and she scheduled a date and time to come out to my home.  Sue was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with what woud be done. 

I was able to stay home and could give specific directions to her cleaning team.  Almost everything was completed exactly as I had asked.  Theteam was very friendly and worked quietly and efficiently.

We have used Heaven Scent Maids for more than two years.  We have had an excellent experience with them and would recommend their service to friends.

All in all, it has been a good experience with Sue and her teams.  They have only skipped one time in all these years, and that was when the snow was falling so heavily, they couldn't make it from their previous house.  I am not always sure when they will arrive, but if asked, Sue will let you know.  We have been very pleased and will continue to use Heaven Scent Maids.

I had been referred to Sue by a friend. I had just expected them to do some basic cleaning, but they even cleaned out the kitchen cabinets for us. They were incredibly detailed and made our new house look amazing.

They are reasonably priced and very reliable. They do a great job and are very politer and friendly. I have recommended them to other people and they are also pleased with them.

I have used this company before and I had thought they done a great job. This time I called and needed them. Then they tried to come out when they wanted to the second time. She refused to keep the appointment we had. I couldn't accommodate the time and the manager sent them out anyway. I was not ready for them and the manager said that she was not going to pay the girls to wait for me to get things together. The girls left without cleaning my house because she sent them home. I now don't have anyone to clean and now I have to find someone else.

Good except crew is always different. So work quality is different with each crew.

They do a great job.

Their crew is dependable, always come on schedule and are reasonably priced. We look forward to coming home the evening of their visit to a clean and sparkling home.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I HAVE USED HEAVEN SCENT FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I JUST LIKE HAVING THE BASICS DONE, THIS IS NOT DETAIL WORK. VERY PROMPT AND THEY DO LITTLE EXTRAS AS TIME ALLOWS. MOST OF THE CLEANING LADIES ARE NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING, BUT THIS RARELY CAUSES A PROBLEM. SUE TAKES VERY SPECIFIC NOTES AS TO WHAT YOU WANT DONE AND THEY KEEP ALL THE INFORMATION WITH THEM WHEN THEY COME TO CLEAN. THEY ARE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT.
