Joachim was very professional, and went over and above what I would have expected of a carpet cleaner, not only did he completely vacuum the carpets before cleaning them, he took a hand held vacuum and vacuumed around the edges of the baseboard AND also went around the edges of the ceiling to get rid of any cobwebs that might have been present.
