When we brought it to Hash Import's attention they realized that it was unfair to charge full price for something that they had promised to fix but had not. So within days they provided a loaner car, did the service for way less than it would have cost and used the parts we had found as we were about to do it ourselves. We thought we would give them a chance to make it right and they did. We like to recommend those who stand behind their work and also make corrections. Hash Import's did both.

Absolutely amazing! Customer service goes a long way and HASH earned an A+ in my book. Mike and his team exceeded my expectations. I had my newborn with me and Mike even held the door so that it wouldn't slam when other customers arrived. Top notch service, speedy but thorough, and dependable work. All done with a smile! I will never take our Volvo or Subaru anywhere else!! I'll also tell everyone I know to bring their vehicles here!

It went extremely well! They found my problem and got my car back to me in about a day-which is amazing considering they are so busy. It stands to reason that when you are as good at what you do the way Hash Imports is then you never have to look for work. No wonder why so many people only trust their car care with Hash Imports.

Dealer wanted close to $500 to replace and reprogram a new battery. They also weren't going to be able to get me in for some time. So, instead I purchased a $150 dollar exact replacement or better battery at Pepboys and had it installed. They unfortunatly couldnt program it so that's why I called Hash. They were booked out weeks but the manager/owner? was nice enough to let me bring it in early one morning to get it taken care of. Charged me $50 bucks and took about 30 minutes. If I ever need anything else done with my car I will be going to them.

Charge -- <50 dollars! Turned out to be easy resolution but impressed with response and honesty. ( had vehicle serviced at Nissan last month -- more than 400 dollars-- last time a dealer will ever see this SUV, until it's time to trade her in,,,, maybe!)

Great. We have used Hash for many years for this old Volvo (and a previous Volvo that was also very old). We make an appointment, bring the car in, and they fix it up. They are very helpful in locating parts that we can afford, and in advising us about problems that we may not have noticed, which can be a real lifesaver; or that will need to be addressed in the future, which helps with the budget. They are very knowledgeable and also, calm. It is a distance for us to get to their shop, but well worth it!

This is a family owned business. In order to save us money, Mike let us buy our parts from Auto Zone because we were on a fixed income. The price was very reasonable for labor, and they did an amazing job. He has done work for my sister and I during cold stormy weather in the past for well below cost and we cannot be more grateful for his services. Mike is so kind and compassionate. He always has great advice for me and is the type of person that will have many loyal customers.

It was a good experience over all. I didn't have an appointment and they did their best to get me in so I could wait while they did the work. Having a Volvo, it's always difficult finding someone who can even do an oil change on it without completely over charging. But they specialize in imports, are fair on price and always do a good job. I would recommend using them to anyone I know including family.

Hash Imports has been taking car of my autos for several years. My daughter's car steered poorly and when she came home for fall break, we took the car to Hash. As she had to leave for Nashville TN within 24 hours, they worked us in. The mechanics at Hash found the problem, a tie rod that needed to be replaced - and a dangerous problem I might add. They also rotated her tires and checked the suspension. She was able make the 5 hour trip back to college on time and safely. Hash Imports is always professional and concise.
