Hamilton county upholstery did a great job on my 16 + yr old loveseat sofa. They gave me a quote, and it didn't change. The work was done sooner than I was told. And it looks fabulous . I would use this company again for future jobs.

Henry could not have been more helpful and professional. He went over and above our expectations for the quality of work, pick up and delivery and follow up. We have recommended him to a friend who had the same exceptional experience.

The 25 year old sofa looks brand new!!  Henry created boxed cushions with self-welting, and all of the seams are very tight and clean.  The chair has contrast welting on the bias, and it looks like a designer chair.  Fantastic job!

The sofa was in really bad shape; re-upholstering it was worth the cost only because it is sturdier than newer sofa beds and it opens up to make two twin beds, a feature you just can't find. Although the work was scheduled sooner than I expected, actual work took 3 weeks, a week longer than I expected. The sofa looks much better than it did, but the new cushions are between 1 inch and 1 3/4 inches too deep, front to back, so they stick out a bit beyond the frame. Mr. Washington was willing to re-do them at no cost, but we decided against it. After measuring, we came to the conclusion that the problem was caused by an un-even sofa back. Re-doing the cushions so they would be flush with the frame across the full length of the sofa would have produced two cushions of unequal size and shape. That would probably have looked worse; it definitely would have made it impossible to flip them over if / when one side gets worn.

I found Hamilton County Upholstery on Angie's' list. It had gotten great reviews and was close to home, so I stopped in. I needed my family room couch pillows slip-covered and new pillows made and covered for sitting on. During that visit, I began looking over the fabric books. Mr. Washington steered me a bit to be sure the materials I picked would be appropriate for the 'family room' atmosphere. I took some books home and decided on a fabric. Mr. Washington then came to my house to look at the couch to be sure the wood part of the couch was sound. He ordered the materials. When the material came in, someone from HCU came and picked up the sofa pillows. The slip covers were made overnight, literally, and Mr. Washington brought them back personally to be sure everything fit and was in order. I was worried about having this job done. I'd never had anything like that done before, but Mr. Washington made the whole process painless, and I just love the result!!!

They did a wonderful job and made sure it was a dense foam seat. He accommodated me for my health needs.

Mr. Washington came to my home and gave me an estimate for the work which included pick up and drop off. We also arranged a date for pick up and he completed the task as scheduled. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional.

(''YOU DON'T NEED LEATHER; GOOD-QUALITY VINYL WILL LOOK VERY NICE.'') HE HAD THE CHAIR READY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, CHARGED EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF THE ESTIMATE, AND IT LOOKS GREAT!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. A FEW MINUTE SCRATCHES ON THE NEWLY REFINISHED LEGS OF THE FURNITURE, BUT NOTHING MAJOR. JOB FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND DONE VERY WELL. HENRY IS PERSONABLE AND KNOWS HIS CRAFT. WOULD USE AGAIN. HE'S GIVEN OUR CHAIR A 2ND CHANCE AT LIFE.

HE DID BEAUTIFUL WORK. HE WILL COME AND GET WHATEVER MATERIAL YOU SUPPLY HIM WITH. HE IS NOT THE FASTEST BUT HE IS THE BEST. HE DOES VERY INTRICATE WORKMANSHIP.

THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A WEEK AND WOULD BE TWENTY DOLLARS. TEN DAYS LATER I CALLED, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY THAT AFTERNOON, I GOT THERE AND THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED. I WAITED FOR 20-30 MINUTES, THEY FINISHED, AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $5. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WORK WAS COMPLETED PERFECTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED MR. WASHINGTON TO FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS, AND BUSINESS CLIENTS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK! MR. WASHINGTON TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT SHOWS THAT; THINGS LOOK AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN NEW.
