After paying $275 3 times for three cleanings, raised my price to $375

"The price of $275 quoted 12/2011 was before construction was complete. After honoring this price for completed services on 4/18/12 and 9/27/12, it was determined due to changes on the property after 12/2011, which increased the time and expense to complete, a price adjustment was necessary to avoid providing services at a loss."
