Description of Work: Geist jewelers examined a Swatch watch for us that was not working. They checked the battery and advised us that only Swatch can work on it and they gave us a phone number to contact Swatch. They did not charge even though we tried to offer them payment.

 + -1 moreI felt they were very patient and fair in the valuation of my old jewelery and also they did a great job of resizing my ring.
Description of Work: I went in to get a wedding band set re-sized and soldered together. On the way in I noticed they had a sign posted that said they buy old sliver and gold. The ring sizing went well, and they made sure that the resizing would be to an appropriate fit. When I came back to pick up my rings, I brought some old jewelery in to see what price they would give me for it. They were very patient and looked at each item to determine the value of it. I ended up paying for my ring sizing and had some more money at the end of it. I felt they were very patient and fair in the valuation of my old jewelery and also they did a great job of resizing my ring.
