I had a horrible experience over the last seven months trying to keep my dog alive With Dr. Lee. She was inattentive, and lackadaisical. I should have changed vets, but when you are in the middle of a crisis it is hard to do. I did however let Dr Brown know of my concerns. My dog died last October, which the vet didn’t acknowledge or care about. I kept getting emails for heartworm notices, so I wrote Dr. Brown, the owner, about my experience and asked him to at the very least remove my dog from computer. Two months after the letter I wrote, I’m still getting notices, now they are about vaccines. I am trying to move on, but this just keeps stirring up the bad memories.

I ran into an emergency and had to board my cat.  I called the office only to find that they were closed.  Fortunately Dr. Dechand said he wait until I got there even though the hospital was closed for the week end.  He boarded my cat and on Monday gave him his yearly physical.  After I dropped off my cat, the doctor checked him and phoned that the cat looked fine for a 14 year old!

I saw Dr. Crowe when she work at Brookville Animal Clinic. I love Dr. Crowe! she is the best, and really thought about following her to Fishers while I lived in Eastside Indianapolis. Last year I moved to Fishers, and she was one the first person I call because I knew I wanted my dog, Lucy, to see Dr. Crowe again. Was not disappointed at all. Dr. Crowe loves animals, even though she was pregnant at the time, she got down to Lucy's level (she is a Welsh Terrier) and loved on her. Lucy loves Dr. Crowe too. When Lucy took at fall last month, I call the clinic, and they are going to get her in right away. She turned out she was more shook up the injury, but it was good to know that I would not have to take her to emergency care and it would have cost a fortune. The office staff is great too. Would not go anywhere else.

We love Dr. Katter and Dr. Lee. Dr. Brown is the owner of it and we used to go to him. My parents used to take our dog to him when I was little, and he was always a very good veterinarian. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

At our request, she also did a full blood work panel to establish a baseline for future reference. |We loved Dr. Lee, especially for her desire to integrate both Western and Eastern Medicine when treating her patients. She will become our new veterinarian for Cooper and any other animals we adopt!

One of my dogs was injured in a freak accident while at the groomer. The groomer uses Fishers Veterinary Hospital and rushed him to the Fishers location. He was treated right away (including a surgical procedure!) by Dr. Lee. Before the procedure took place, Dr. Lee talked to me on the phone and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed with Dr. Lee and the staff at Fishers Vet that I transferred both of my dogs to this practice. My old vet took very good care of my dogs, but the staff was just not personable or professional. My dogs and I are very happy we switched and would highly recommend Fishers Veterinary Hospital!

Just a fantastic group of people. Have been using them for years. Knowledgeable, compassionate, professional. Best practice in Indianapolis Metropolitan area IMO.

The entire staff was great! Dr. Crow did the operation and it turned out wonderfully, she even brought in her own dog to donate his blood for the blood transfusion. Dr. Crow was great about communicating with us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Even though I hated to see my dog go through this they all made it a pleasant experience. I am happy to report that he is doing great now and is back to his old self. I will not go to any other vet and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed vet care. You can tell everyone who works there really cares about your pet and giving them the best care.

Dr Brown and Dr Crowe did a wonderful job. Will continue to use them.

We saw Dr. Collins (I believe that was her last name) and she was wonderful! We decided to reach out to Fishers after about a year ago we had no luck getting over the phone advise from our previous vet about an older dog at the humane society we were thinking about adopting. Unlike our other vet, Fishers was very forthcoming with information over the phone and I really appreciated their general concern about how the adoption of this dog would affect our current pets lifestyle. Finally after deciding on our new puppy Lucy, we decided this was the perfect time to change and try Fishers out! It was very easy to schedule with them. I called on Thursday and they even had appointments open for that very Saturday. We waited until Monday morning which was nice because they have early morning hours available. When we arrived they had us enter into an exam room to fill out the paper work which was really nice since it can be a battle trying to keep an eye on two pets while doing this. We did not wait very long until the technician came in to do some basic evaluations of each pet. She was very friendly towards each of them and even gave us some free samples of pheromone spray which helps calm cats in stressful situations. Before the vet arrived the technician made sure that each pet was as comfortable as possible which I appreciated. Once the vet came in, she thoroughly evaluated each of them. What was so different than before, she explained everything in full, without me asking! She provided some training techniques since Lucy is going through an aggressive stage due to nervousness and even brought out diagrams to explain the possible issues with Minion, our cat's, teeth. Even after being so thorough she still took the time to ask me if there was anything else she could explain and even took it upon herself to make sure I understood all the cost options for the issues. After having two excellent experiences, with two different vets (over the phone and in person), I can honestly say we will be continue to use their services!

I have been taking my dog to Fishers Veterinary Hospital since 2004. I could not be more pleased. He goes for regular checkups and I take him in monthly for grooming/nail trimming. He has had a surgery on his knee as well. Dr. Lee has been our vet since our very first visit. I first took him there for sores caused by allergies and today he no longer suffers from these. We also had a liver cancer scare a few years ago and Dr. Lee was very compassionate and responsive through the entire process. The staff there is incredible and could not be more pleasant and professional.
