I used Dave Norris from Fishers Tax Rep. I've been using him for three years. He's honest and gives me great advice. He's super friendly. He is trustworthy and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I would use him again.

THE FORMS WERE NOT COMPLETED ON TIME AND THERE WAS NO ADVANCE NOTIFICATION THAT THIS WOULD BE THE CASE.  I HAD TO CONTACT HIM IN EVERY CASE AND HE DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE OR RETURN MESSAGE LEFT ON HIS PHONE.  THE ONLY CONTACT BECAME VIA E-MAIL, AND I HAD TO INITIATE THAT.

David Norris did an outstanding job. After reviewing my previous years returns he noticed that I may be entitled to an additional refund from 2010.  He prepared an amended tax return which netted me an additional refund. Dave actually deserves an A+ in all the above categories. I definitely plan on using him again in the future and I recommend to anyone who wants to maximize their refund at a very reasonable price to do the same.

I had quite a few life altering events happen in 2011. (marriage, moving out of state, and Bush house loan) There were quite a few in's and out's. I usually do my own taxes with Turbo tax. Due to the life events, Turbo tax recommended to get an accountant. I went onto Angie's List and found them. I went in with all our information. (that I knew of) Dave was very direct, and straight to the point. I personally like that attitude. He works out of his home. While doing my taxes, the estimated return was almost $4 g's on Turbo. Dave got us nearly $5 g's. He told me that if I ever got audited, I would have his support. I have quite a few different investments, and usually Turbotax costs me around $120-$150. It's a bit of a premium for him, but I don't have to spend an entire day combing through receipts, forms, etc. For me, it is worth paying for it. I am highly recommending this organization.

I met with Dave and found him to be efficient and knowledgeable.  He quickly understood our situation and offered some sugestions for improvements.  He is responsive and helpful.  We will definitely use him to prepare our taxes again.

He was VERY punctual and professional. We met and he gathered information needed, brought up some things I hadn't thought about before and I got back to him a couple days later with the extra information needed. A few days later, my taxes were done and filed and my refund was more than I expected!! In the past, I have used Turbo Tax or gone to H&R Block. While I have no big complaints about those services, I'm convinced that neither is even in the same ballpark when it comes to quality and understanding of my situation. I'm VERY happy with him and will use him again next year.

He did a fine job. He did not have a lot of personality as he did not talk much. But, he did a good job. I only had this one experience and I was perfectly satisfied with him. I would recommend him to my friends and family members.

Although I was apprehensive about using a different tax preparer, I did not want to pay the high fees of the big-name firm. The very reasonable sum of money I paid for Dave's tax services was a bargain. I'm probably a "high maintenance" client, yet Dave was always patient and always had time to answer my questions and respond to my many emails. He is a great person as well as an excellent accountant.

It was a good experience. Dave is very detail oriented and seems very efficient. This was my first year with Fishers Tax Prep and I expect to use them regularly in the future.

I have worked with Dave since June of last year when he helped me figure out how to pay estimated quarterly income taxes for my fledgling business. I then requested Dave to do my 2009 income taxes because they were much too complicated this year due to starting a part time business, getting severed from a corporate position I had for 7 years, receiving severance pay, receiving unemployment, and also working a contracting position. I normally do my own taxes using TaxCut, but I knew they were way over my head this year. Dave was very patient as my tax return documents filtered in over the month of January and into February. Once he had them all, he quickly completed the return. I know I will receive much more in a refund than if I would have completed them myself.

Dave scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner; we went over the information; in a few days he emailed that he needed some additional information which was provided to him by the following morning. He called to confirm he received the information. He originally indicated he would have everything done in approximately 2 weeks which he did. He is a delight to work with...communicates well and gives solid, down to earth advice. I will definitely be using his services in the years to come.

Overall, it went extremely well. I feel more confident in handling my quarterly taxes and ensuring I am in compliance with small business taxes. I left with a sense that the money was well spent in meeting with Dave and I will use his company again.

Dave is easy to work with and very fair. In addition to my taxes, he also prepared taxes for the company I work for and for a couple members of my family who all enjoyed working with Dave. The thing I most like about working with Dave is that he knows his business and how to help his clients keep every penny they deserve by only giving the government what is necessary by law.

He has been doing my taxes for years. He's great, I will definitely keep using him.
