Fishers Mulch

Everything turned out well. I was very satisfied with the service and I would use them again.

I talked to the owner on the phone and discussed the quality and quantity of mulch needed.  He was willing to split the load without an extra fee.  This was not the case with 2 other companies I called.  His prices were comparable to other local landscapers.  The quality of the mulch was better than I had expected and both homeowners were pleased.  The transaction was done over the net so there was no need for me to be home during the delivery.
We will definitely order from Fishers Mulch again.

Tim and his team always perform excellent work.  I called him to schedule the delivery of a lot of mulch, but with a caveat.  I wanted one grade of mulch in part of my yard, and a higher grade in another part of my yard (back yard -vs- front yard).  Tim obliged me with my special request and schedule his crew to arrive on time to spread the mulch.  His crew always goes beyond the call of duty and does some just a little extra for you.  They are always very nice, dress appropriately and a team that you can depend on.  We will continue to use Fishers Mulch for all of our mulch needs.

Excellent!   Ordered at the last minute due to weather report and my son's availability to help spread the mulch.   My son had worked at landscaping in the past and has used several companies for mulch but never Fishers Mulch.  He was really impressed with the quality.  I was very thankful for the wonderful customer service.   Will be calling them again next year for sure!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Tim and Fishers Mulch.  I called one time earlier in the week just to get some prices and Tim answered the call himself.  After making several more calls to other companies I decided two days later to call Tim back in hopes that he could deliver 11 Cubic Yards of Mulch this weekend.  He said he was booked the next day but if I was around he could have it to me within about 45 minutes.   He was here within about 35 minutes with his truck and the mulch. 
What a great guy....after he unloaded the truck, we had a good conversation and I asked him some questions about my mulch beds, and how to properly edge them etc.  He not only took the time to show me the best way, but he also offered to walk around the property and answered some questions about my downspouts, drainage and how to position the mulch around them.  He is a former Civil Engineer, so he has a great eye and knows his stuff.  You can tell he enjoys what he is doing and taking care of customers is his main priority.  
With this being the first time I have had Mulch delivered to this house I only went by what the previous owners said they used to order in terms of quantity.  I asked Tim and he thinks I might have gotten too much.  We will see, but for a Mulch Company owner to say I might have purchased too much, shows the integrity he is trying to treat his customers with, so that was great. 
I will absolutely do business with Tim and Fishers Mulch again and would urge others to do the same. 
He has some future plans and some great marketing ideas that I will not mention due to his privacy, but his company will continue to flourish if he does them.

I was very impressed with this company right from the first phone call!  I spoke with Tim Barr on Monday, June 3rd,. and we arranged for the mulch service to be done on Thurs. the 6th.  Four employees from the company arrived with all of their equipment at 8:30 and the mulch was delivered by Tim by 8:45.  I walked our yard with Sara, who was in charge of the actual work that morning, and discussed with her exactly what we wanted. She was very professional, as were all of the workers. Tim was delightful and explained what they would be d*** and he left our invoice and then went to deliver mulch to other houses.  The four workers immediately started their work and were very diligent in accomplishing the job.  They basically started the job by 9:00 and were totally finished in an hour!  They did a great job to make our gardens look very nice and also cleaned up every little bit of any mulch left!  I would highly recommend them!

Overall went ok.  On the positive side I am very impressed with Tim Barr.  He's easy to contact, communicate with, and seems to want to make all his customers happy with his work.  He came out and provided a quote the day after I called.  The work was done about 2 weeks later.   I like the fact that his company trims all shrubs prior to mulching.  I think this must be standard protocol for his company.  It is not something I asked for but was very happy to get.  The overall price was very reasonable. 
On the negative side, the initial crew that came out to do the work did not edge which really upset me and was a major reason I was having this work done professionally.  It appears they were trying to speed thru the job as fast as they could.  They left hoses out of place and mulch was left in places where it should have been cleaned up.  Appeared to me the crew was doing a rush job.   I called Tim back a couple days later to complain about the edging.  He was very nice and said he would get it taken care of to my satisfaction.   Called a few days later and said he was going to send his "best" crew out to get it done right.   They did come back out and edged to my satisfaction.

Tim's crew delivered and spread mulch for us within a week of initial contact. Tim was great to work with...professional, nice, helpful and very well versed in landscaping. His crew was timely and very nice. Already recommended Fishers Mulch/Tim to a neighbor and they are scheduled for services within the next two weeks. Great experience. Will use again!

Tim did what he said when he said he was going to do it.  I went for the economy line of mulch which is courser than 'normal' mulch, but color is good and saves a few dollars.  Happy with the product, but more importantly happy with the service - in particular Tim's follow up and his professionalism.  Just a great guy to work with.

I called to have mulch delivered and requested next day delivery since I found out the weather was going to be nice. I initially called Thursday afternoon and requested Friday delivery. The owner stated he would be able to deliver it in the morning, and he delivered on his promise. I was very impressed with his punctuality. The price was fantastic as I compared at least 5 other services locally. The owner was very personable and kind- i would definitely recommend him to my neighbors, and am likely to use him again!

Wow, this was an amazing deal and value for the money!  I shopped around and received 3 other quotes.  Fishers Mulch was by far the cheapest and it wasn't really close to the others.  The owner personally came by to inspect the landscape and provide detail instructions to the workers and general tips to us for maintaince.  3 hard workers spend nearly 2 full days on the landscaping and mulch. The general state of my landscape has improved dramastically.  I am sure that the other competitors may have been more meticulous in the weed pulling and decorative, but its hard to nitpick when Fishers Mulch was aggressively cheaper than their competitors.  My only compliant is that several landscape areas with weeds were not pulled.  Rather, the workers buried the weeds with mulch. 
Still, I would reccommend Fishers Mulch  to my neighbors seeking a good value and will utilize their services again either this fall or next spring.

Tim kept records on my prior order, so he knew how much mulch to bring.  His crew arrived on time, and they were clean and courteous.  They edged and weeded the beds before laying down the mulch.  The yard looks terrific.  Great job!

It was a great experience.  Tim Barr was very personable and friendly.  We had negotiated a Friday afternoon delivery.  Tim arrived and helped me put down a large sheet of black plastic I purchased in order to protect my drive from the red dye in the mulch.  Tim maneuvred the large truck and dumped the 10 yards on the plastic  Not one bit hit the drive itself.
For years, I ordered my mulch, by bags, from Lowes.  It has become far too expensive to do it that way.  Also, I no longer have to deal with all those plastic bags, cutting them open, emptying them, disposing of them.  This is the way to go!
I am now a committed customer!  Highly recommend!!

Owner was very responsive and came out quickly to provide an estimate.  Cost was competitive, and service was able to be scheduled for the very near future.  Mulching was done in a very professional manner with a lot of attention to detail.  Everything was placed back in the mulch beds in exactly the right spot, hoses were rolled up etc.  Mulch appears to be of high quality.

Great service - We have a very awkward driveway and drop spot but mulch was put exactly where we had to have it and delivered in 2 batches when we wanted it (spaced out so we could spread first load before 2nd load came). Excellent job- I just wish our yard didn't need so much!

Great experience from start to finish.  Tim, the owner, was most responsive and professional and won my confidence byexplaining the different types of mulch and what installation of mulch entailed without any type of hard sell.  He came tointroduce himself and the individual in charge of the installation.  He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted andmade helpful suggestions.  His employees worked diligently without stopping until the job was completed.  They were verycareful around plants and removed excess weeds and grass that had grown into the old, remaining mulch.  The yard looksbeautiful and the price was incredibly competitive  compared to the company I had used in previous years and other quotes I had received. I am much more than just satisfied and will definitely use Fisher Mulch in the future.
As an aside, I was also impressed that Tim's employees all wore clean, cheerful, yellow shirts with green logo.  Most professional.

Called on Monday for to schedule the delivery of mulch on Friday.  Mulch was delivered and dumped as arranged.  Good quality mulch at a good price.  Could not have been easier.

Tim and his team did a good job on my mulch and cutting in of beds.  Time was highly responsive to phone and email communications.  His team over dileivered on aniticpated time frame for work to be completed.  The place looks great.  I have another friend who used Tim as well, and his experience was most positive too.  I would absolutely use Tim and Fishers Mulch for future needs.

This is my second time using FishersMulch.com and I continue to be amazed at the quality of this company's products and service.  The owner Tim is very attentive and seems happy to answer all questions.  Consider their optional installation service if you're tight on time, I did, and couldn't be happier.
