 + -1 moreWe were shopping for a mortgage for our brand new home and came across this company. Because they're a wholesaler (they've a list of lenders they can work with), they were able to pick and choose the best one to fit our needs. Bill Baker was our representative. He is honest (upfront with his fees, so no surprises later on) and very responsive (returning our phone calls/emails promptly), and we were very happy with his service. Most importantly, he was able to get us a very good rate. At closing, everybody (my realtor and the closing agent) was very surprised at the kind of rate we got in this changing market. We were very happy with Bill's work ethic, and we will definitely hire him again in the future.
Description of Work: This company was able to offer us a very good mortgage rate of 6% on the 1st mortgage & prime rate minus .75% on the home equity line, and this is NO INCOME CHECK and NO POINTS!! We only paid a flat fee of a few hundreds dollars. Can you believe that?
