At the time the work and service was great. I probably gave the company an A. I now have a problem with the top rail of the screen on the patio door. I know it has been a long time since the work was done. I have tried 4 times by phone to contact the company to see if they can do this work. I have never received any response. It would be good customer service to at leas acknowledge the call and to let me know if they can do the work or not. The last time I tried to leave a message the voice mail box was full. It is sad that they do not respond to previous customers
