I've been through several realtors, some in dealing with while my parents tried to buy homes throughout the years (and most deals fell through because the realtors were awful), and some while buying my own home. Last year I was trying to buy a home in my dream neighborhood, but the listing realtor and owners were... not easy to work with to say the least. I proceeded in an "offer war" using a realtor I found off Zillow. Big mistake because that war went nowhere. When I was about to give up, I met Jerry at an open house randomly. I got to talking to him and realized his personality and expertise were perfect for me. Give or take a few weeks from meeting him, and I had an accepted offer on the house I wanted. It was an uphill battle with several things, but Jerry was always immediately available for me getting me hooked up with the right people throughout the process. Almost a year later and I couldn't be happier in my new home. I suggest Jerry to anyone I know who needs a realtor because he's truly the best.

Beyond our expectations. Jerry listed and sold our home and assisted us in finding and buying a new home. This was a huge task for us to leave the place we raised our children to a much smaller space. Jerry 1st worked with us to list our home at a competitive but realistic price. Then helped us to sell and get full asking price. 2. He loves what he does and therefore enjoys helping others. As older adults we appreciated his patience and willingness to ensure we fully understood all aspects of the deal. 3. Attentive is not strong enough, he was very responsive and readily took our calls or returned them same day. He accomodated our schedules and last minute requests to view homes on tge market. 4.
