Envision is an interior design and home staging business focusing on residential projects. Whether you are trying to maximize your home’s selling potential or need assistance in designing your ideal room, our mission is to help you "Envision the Possibilities." Envision is owned by Jaime Shorter, an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), license #28012. Envision does hire out contractors for large jobs, such as full staging jobs or remodels. We do not charge trip fees. Home Staging Consultations are $150, but for decorating and design work there are free estimates. We love to work with brokers and realtors and have a special pricing structure for them. Jamie to come out and give some suggestions on staging.
There were several area's of the home that we were struggling with how to stage.
Her suggestions were great ! Her ideas were things that would
never have occurred to me, but were so easy to implement.
Jamie is so down to earth and easy to work with. I would definitely use her services again in the future.
Her design fee was set from the beginning and did not change - she provided us with an estimated cost of the entire project and we stayed within budget. I appreciated that she did not charge by the hour - as it allowed me to not feel pressured to move forward with things, if I wasn't quite ready or wanted a few more options detailed out. She was at our home during the day when contractors came out or when furniture was delivered, which eased our lives in a major way (allowing us to not have to take off a single day of work).
The project took a total of about 3 months, mainly because of custom furniture that had to be ordered. The bulk of it was done within about a month (after we'd made our decisions). Jaime - we can not thank you enough!
