He is a very friendly young man. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in layman's terms so a not so computer literate guy can understand. He set the appointments quickly and was actually on time if not early every time. Very professional and very efficient in his work. He was able to diagnose things that some of the big guys either overlooked or misdiagnosed during past problems. I would recommend Justin to anyone!!!!
