+ -1 moreHe is a very friendly young man. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in layman's terms so a not so computer literate guy can understand. He set the appointments quickly and was actually on time if not early every time. Very professional and very efficient in his work. He was able to diagnose things that some of the big guys either overlooked or misdiagnosed during past problems. I would recommend Justin to anyone!!!!
Description of Work: I have used Justin fro several IT issues. Trouble shooting, repairs, Software Installs ect. for my HP laptop as well as my desk top PC and Smart Phone. I was so impressed with the service I received personally, I recommend him to anyone I know having any sort of Computer issue. I was originally recommended to Egenesis by my employer.
