Ed Wieckowski

I first learned of Ed from a packet of information he left at my home after I had listed with another agent and then taken my home off the market.  I wasn't satisfied with the previous agent and was impressed that Ed was the first of many realtors to contact me about relisting.  After I met with him, I was sufficiently impressed and decided to list with him.  I feel like I hit the jackpot.  Working with Ed was one of the best decisions I ever made.  He made suggestions about minor improvements to make my home more marketable before listing it, recommended a listing price (which turned out to be very accurate), held multiple open houses and an agents' open house, and advertised my home in Tucker publications.  He was in frequent communication with me throughout the whole process, both in person and by phone.  If I sent an e-mail, it was answered almost immediately.  He was always on time for appointments, was always available for questions.  Every step of the selling process went smoothly, thanks to Ed's work.

Ed also represented me during the building of my home.  Again, he was always on time for meetings and inspections, helped me through signing the contract to build, negotiated on my behalf with the builder, and was an active participant through closing.  I highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for a quality realtor and a quality person to represent him or her in buying, selling, or building a home.
