Todd is a miracle worker. The carpets were in such bad shape we considered removing all of it and getting hardwoods. We decided to have Todd give it a once over and see how it looks. Where before the carpets made me physically ill to look at they now look brand new! He saved us thousands and made the carpet look amazing.

Todd was fantastic! He was prompt in returning my initial phone call, scheduling, and on cleaning day. He was very knowledgable, thorough and had great suggestions for us for future spot removal remedies, too. We will definitely be calling him back for future carpet cleaning needs!

Todd is the owner/operator and was very pleasant to speak with on the phone and was eager to earn business. We discussed pricing and set an appointment time, which was very easy as he was able to work with our busy schedule. Todd arrived on time and let me know exactly what he was going to do. We agreed to pricing after he took some area measurements. While working, he offered some pointers and advice to help keep carpets clean as well as get the longest life of a carpet. Only three days in, but the carpets still look amazing! Very well done, Todd. Keep up the great work!

He came over for a quote since he lives close to me. He told me if would clean up nicely but didn't promise every mark would be taken out. I appreciated the honesty. He came out to do the work and it took about 90 minutes, as he said it would. I was thrilled with how the furniture looked after it dried. Worth the money. 2 weeks later after we moved the clean furniture to our basement, he came back to clean the living room carpet. He was able to remove stubborn stains previous cleaners couldn't. I was impressed with how great the 6 year carpeting looks. Todd cares and takes great pride in his work.

I got home from work around 7 pm to have my husband tell me that the neighbors were getting their carpet cleaned and that he asked the carpet cleaner to come over to our house and give an estimate before he (Todd the carpet cleaner) left the neighborhood. My carpet is old. It is original to the house in 1987 and needs replaced but is still being budgeted for. My carpet was BAD. I had the number 1 Angie's List carpet cleaner out in 2011 and they told me to save my money and not have them come back until the carpet was replaced. They wanted $10 per spot for removal which would have been over $1000 for the whole house. I had given up on the carpet. It was filthy. I live with two cats and a husband who wears shoes in the house. There were track marks and a huge dark stain by the dining room table. I had scrubbed on my hands and knees at the carpet, used a Little Green Clean Machine and made NO impact. Then Todd walked in. He was professionally dressed, polite, and walked through the house. Then he said that he could clean it now for $100 (this is not all the rooms just the main one and around our bed and the hall. He was honest. He agreed the carpet was shot but said he thought he could make a difference, maybe 50% better. We agreed to let him try. He spent the next THREE hours cleaning the carpet, spotting the carpet and working on it. I cannot believe the difference. There are still a few spots, that was to be expected, but he improved the carpet over 95% and the huge stain by the table is GONE! The carpet is clean and I am no longer ashamed to have people over to my house. It doesn't look like the same carpet and I am amazed. Todd did a phenomenal job, he added our house on after he had worked all day and he still tried his best. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
