Workman was nice young man who worked all day applying 3 coats of wax to a very old commercial floor. I needed them to come back and touch up some areas. I told them it wasn't anything they did wrong - that I was aware of - but after 2 phone calls ..Sep 27 & Oct 30, 2013 - I still heard nothing from them.
I'm done with them and will move on.
