They were punctual, efficient, courteous and professional. Did a great job. Noticed couple stains we weren't sure would come out. Hired them to come back for those. Some came out, for one they referred us to someone who could deal with it in terms of replacement. Price was for 1st day (not return).

We were very impressed with Dirt Detectives! We found them on the IICRC.org website for certified carpet cleaners. We then checked them out here on AL. Moses was very responsive, prompt, flexible and extremely professional. Dirt Detectives did a great job cleaning our carpets. They were kind enough to leave fans to dry the carpet quicker which helped a ton. We will definitely continue to use Dirt Detectives. Pricing was more than fair bases on the service and outcomes and compared to other service providers.

My carpet is only about 5 years old but I didn't realize how badly it needed to be cleaned. The difference was night and day. I happened to be outside when a gentleman was passing out flyers in the neighborhood for carpet cleaning. I asked him a quick question about an oil stain in one of the rooms that came from a tool accidentally set on the carpet and I got WAY more information and knowledge than I expected. I was initially reluctant to put anything on the oil stain since I was afraid I would rub it into the carpet or make it worse by spreading it around. I had no idea there were so many methods and factors involved in cleaning carpet stains. He even offered to take a look at it. About a week later I called to schedule an appointment to get all of the carpet cleaned and he responded quickly and was on time for the appointment. The difference is very visible and I'm very glad I no longer have the oil stain that I was procrastinating in cleaning and my carpet looks brand new.
