 + -1 moreWe moved into a new house and only had a cherry dining room table so we decided to have a china cabinet/wine area built into the dining room. Phil has done work for us before and it has always been excellent. We gave him a picture of what we wanted and he worked with us and was helpful in explaining the difference in costs between granite and other composites as well as just the size. He also recommended adding lights under the top cabinets which was a nice touch. It is built into the wall. It is large enough to hold all my china and wine glasses and the wine racks allow me to store a lot of wine bottles :) It came out exactly as I pictured it. Phil came in at the agreed up on price and on time. I would highly recommend Different Dimensions.

Description of Work: I had been led to believe that there was a crack in my foundation. Phil came out an inspected my crawl space on a terribly wet day. He spent a long time checking for cracks and water issues. He determined that there is no significant crack, only tiny cracks that are expected to be found in cement block foundations. He reassured me that there was no necessary action to be taken and advised me to have the space monitored periodically, such as when and if I do not hear the sump pumps come on in wet weather. I was very impressed with his integrity and would definitely call him again. I recommend him highly.

 + -1 morePhil prides himself on his workmanship so the job may take a little bit longer than you expect as he double checks all the details.
Description of Work: Phil, the owner, is very responsive. I had a leak in my roof that two different companies could not fix. He had to come three different times as he had to "undo" their work first in order to fix it properly. This is not his typical work however when I called him out of desperation since he had done work for me in the past he agreed to come out. In the past, he has built a deck for me and installed windows. I am very pleased with the worksmanship and best of all he has a great price and leaves the place as clean as it was before he arrived!

 + -1 moreThey were responsive and punctual, completed the work in a timely, professional manner, and they were very reasonably priced and in fact much lower in bid than many of the other quotes I received for other companies.
Description of Work: They installed a firewall in my attic which had not been constructed when the home had been built originally.
