 + -1 moreOverall I am less than satisfied, I will never order anything from them again & I will never recommend anyone to them. I ordered an item & upon arrival it was defected. I contact seller right away & it took days for them to return my inquiry. I explained to them my item was defective & also different from what I expected they said they could exchange my item & I explained I would just like a full refund. They explained they do not do refund, after a round and round conversation they said they could refund with 20% restock fee plus I have to pay for shipping back to them. This is rediculous... IT WAS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL! I filed an Amazon claim & they agreed to return the item for a full refund, provided I pay for shipping back to them. I agreed & shipped the item on 4/21/12, & I have yet to recieve my refund. I have contactd DC Toys & Collectibles many times & they have yet to get back to me. VERY UNSATISFIED!
Description of Work: Serive preformed was I ordered an item, they sent it, it arrived defective & I wanted to return it for a refund.
