CVS Pharmacy - Fishers

The overall experience was excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I like that they call and tell you when your prescription has been filled and when it is time to have your prescription filled.

I have been going there a long time and they seem to take care of everything very well. They are very good at communication and send me a text message when my prescription is done. I will use them again in the future.

I called and ordered a prescription via their automated phone service. It was ready at the time that they said it was going to be ready. They treated me in a courteous manner when I went to pick it up. They asked me if there was anything else they can do to help me and if I had any questions. They thanked me and set the date for me next time.

Overall good experience. Consistent and friendly service, no surprises.

This is a very solid and well stocked pharmacy. They have pharmacists who are willing to talk to you. There are minimal wait times for prescriptions. They have competitive prices. I will continue to come here in the future.

It went smoothly. There was no waiting to give the prescription to the technician. She predicted a 10 minute wait time, but it took less than five. I didn't even have time to shop much or sit in the reasonably comfortable waiting area. The charge, because of my insurance was zero, but I still got a little credit on my "CVS Extra Care" card. The pharmacy was able to ring up a non-pharmacy item for my convenience which I charged to Visa but, because of the small amount, I didn't have to bother signing for. I was told certain drug precautions and had my own question or two answered satisfactorily.

The equipment was easy to use but the scanner was in terrible condition and the scanned images were so bad that I threw the disk away. The photo desk clerk was not familiar with the payment process for scanning and I had to wait for 10 minutes for him to find a clerk that could check me out.

I can usually drop my script off and it is ready by the time I am finished shopping.

I have been with them many years, long before they were CVS.

The attendant was very polite, friendly, and professional. Most of the attendants there are also very personable. My photos are always as expected with very good quality.
