We signed up for them for a year long plan, the services are all rolled into one package.  The herb asides did do all the work, we called them and they are coming out to hit the spots that are difficult and they have always been good about that. 110202

The guys were punctual and fast. My yard looked great after the treatment. I had a few questions and he answered them clearly and fully. I will be calling them back out in the spring.

I purchased this service as a "Great Deal."  The provider explained how soon one could walk on the lawn.   I was especially pleased that he noticed my dog and told me when he could go out.  I was given a Service Acknowledgment that detailed the content of the herbicides. 
The provider was personable and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They didn't get everything but they got the dandelions. They came out pretty quick. It was pretty simple. I was here and the guy came out and hooked up his hose and went around and sprayed. He came within 3 or 4 days.

The service was very good. The gentleman was quite polite and got here when he said he would get here, and did a good job. It was a good price. I have some concerns especially regarding my backyard and it looks like he was able to clear it up nicely. I certainly would use him again.

Eric puts the appropriate fertilizers and nutrients down at the right time for maximum benefit. 

Crown Lawn Service has taken care of our lawn for more than 5 years.  He treats our lawn about 4 times per year as needed with fertilizer, weed control and grub control.  He makes applications when appropriate with respect to the growing season and weather.  He blows the excess granules off the sidewalks and driveway when he is done.  He doesn't make unnecessary treatments (such as treating for weeds even if there aren't any weeds).   He usually notifies us the day before coming to treat our lawn.  This is a nice courtesy, though we do not need to be home for the lawn treatments.  Crown Lawn Service provides us with better and more personalized service than a larger lawn service company we had used in the past.

Eric is always timely and professional and answers any questions promptly. He treats the lawn as if it were his own, giving options and implications. I do not hesitate to recommend his work.

Whenever I send notes to him with questions on different things he is very quick to respond.  I e-mail him and if it is something he thinks he needs to look at it he come out within a day or two.  If there is a strange thing that is happening he comes out and looks at it quickly.  Price wise he is comparable.  I will continue to use him in the future. He has made a huge difference in our yard. It was a mess and in a couple of years he has brought it up to a good lawn.

We like them. We signed an annual contract with them. I like his personal service. He is responsive. He lets us know why he is deciding to do different things and why he makes the decisions he is making and his recommendations. It is easy to talk with him, so it is good. I don't remember the price. We don't set up appointments. I don't wait for him to come at certain times. He is very professional.

Always courteous and have delivered on what he promised -- a much healthier and less weed-infested lawn.

He's always in touch. He calls before he comes. Anytime I call him he calls right back, and we are able to discuss what is on my mind. He's easy to work with. He's very reliable. I'm pretty happy with the results. The price listed is per application, but if you pay on time it's less. As long as he does the same quality work I will definitely continue to use him in the future.

Eric has been treating our lawn for over 2 years and we are very happy with him. I requested that the chemicals he use be organic because I, and my pets spend a great deal of time in our yard and did not want us to be exposed to harsh chemicals. We wanted our environment to be green friendly and Eric knows this and is very accommodating to our wishes in all aspects of his work!
