Bill Griffin is extremely professional, honest, and helpful. He heeled us sell our home about 3 years ago when we decided we wanted to rent for a while. We had a small house that he would not receive much commission for selling but he was thorough and patient throughout the process. We had a buyer that was difficult to work with and he encouraged us and guided us throughout the process. Once we sold our home, we were not ready to buy. Instead we wanted to rent for a while and he helped us find a great flat downtown. We would have never found this place on our own. Even though he wouldn't receive any commission for the help on the rental he helped us to secure the lease (with competition) and negotiated a lower rent for us. Now, three years later he has helped us find another home to purchase. He's take my husband, my son, and myself to see more than 30 houses. He's been patient throughout the entire process. We initially made an offer on a home we were going to remodel which didn't eventually go through. We are in the process of closing on another home after much negotiation and headache. Bill Griffin is a pleasure to work with and he is a good, honest person - something you don't find often these days. I was referred to him by several friend that have bought and sold houses with him and I have and would continue to recommend him highly.
