It was a very bad experience. Contacted then over the phone and they quoted $129.00 for the areas described. When the techniciab arrived, his name is Dexter. Ehen he arrived he tried upselling me a deep cleaning for $434.00!!. I refused the deep cleaning and asked to do the regular cleaning and he refused saying that I would waste my money. When I asked him to leave he said there was a $40.0 service fee and I said I did not cancel you are refusing to do the work agreed on the phone you did not explain this on the phone. He said that regular cleaning is for new carpets then he mentioned that my family room was larger and will count for two rooms, etc. After arguing for 15 minutes I just gave him the $40.0 and told him to get out of my house. On his way out he adviced me to lock my doors! Weird! Please remove them from Angies List, they are a bad company!
