$640 for 1 hour of cleaning??? They started at 10am and were done by 11am for just a family room and basement. Got the bait and switch where I called Coit Carpet cleaning and these guys showed up. Could barely understand him. Carpets look the same. RIP OFF!!!

The cleaning its self was OK good at best. The problem was communication with pricing. An ad stated whole house plus stairs for $249. When I called to schedule my daughters bedrooms and staircase only Ryan assured me that we would only be paying the $249. My daughter informed the workers no extras or to be performed. There was One very small stain in her sons bedroom that was sprayed with solution. I gave my daughter a blank check for her to fill the amount to Pro carpet with my signature. My daughter was told to write a check for $406. It was $157 more than what was advertised and we were assured by Ryan that all that it would cost. It has been one month now since carpet was cleaned and I am yet to hear back from the manager Adrian. I was taking a vantage via verbal agreement. That to me is scamming.

They didn’t honor their advertised price… that’s fine., I understand help is expensive these days. Then when they arrived , they insisted on “up charging” for in-necessary costs. Asked me to sign that might rug might be ruined if they didn’t add the extra expense product. It was a simple job. No transparency and unprofessional. Will not

He did a great job and was able to accommodate a Saturday appointment. The carpets look brand new.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – ZERO STARS!!!! This company is clearly a scam – I only wish I had done my research before using them, it would have saved me almost $700. I had my carpets cleaned on June 5, 2021. Approximately 1,800 sq. ft., plus a single staircase. I agreed to the “middle tier” cleaning which included the two-enzyme treatment. When he finished the job, he told me I needed to stay off the carpet for at least 45 minutes so I didn’t have an opportunity to do a walk-through with him before he left. I waited an hour, and then did an inspection. I found 6 places in particular that made me feel like I’d been taken advantage of. I took photos of the stained areas AFTER being “cleaned” by Clean Pro, LLC vs. the photos of the same areas after I used my personal carpet cleaner and redid the areas myself. There was a huge, noticeable difference. The employee upsold me to a more expensive cleaning package than what I had originally scheduled Clean Pro, LLC to do and made it sound like it would be worth the money to do so. In all, I paid $662 plus I tipped the employee an additional $20 in cash. Had I known I was going to have to redo the job I paid your company to do, I would have just done it myself to begin with. I was told I would receive a follow up call the following Monday to get my feedback. I waited for that call so I could voice my concerns, but I never did receive a call from anyone to inquire as to my satisfaction with the work performed. Only then did I do some research and am now seeing that Clean Pro, LLC rates very poorly with the Better Business Bureau and numerous online reviews. I sent an email to the owner of the company requesting at the very least a phone call to discuss this disaster and to see if he would consider at least a partial refund. This is his response: Hi Michelle, Our policy clearly states that we have a warranty for all the cleanings, is not uncommon for pet stains to resurface and a second application may be needed. Since you did the cleaning yourself I really don’t know how can I help. We can offer you a powerful combination of tools, cleaners and experience, a combination that always lead to satisfied and happy customers.” NONE OF THESE PROMISES WERE FULFILLED!

Tech did not honor the $69 coupon price. Charged much more and was here for 12 minutes. Do NOT recommend.

The cleaner came and looked at what we wanted him to do, and made the recommendation to do the deep cleaning in the toyroom due to the pet urine stains, we agreed on a price and he got to work. He was done very quickly and gave me some pushback when I asked him to go over some areas that still looked dirty, but eventually went over them again. He also said, "All the dirt is gone, I can guarantee that! That's just wear spots. It's going to dry much lighter than that." Over the next week I found several places that were obviously missed, and the urine odor persisted in the toyroom a lot longer than we had been told it should. When I called back, he agreed to send a technician out to go over the missed spots. He then called me to say his guy was sick and could we reschedule? I asked him to deal with my spouse (as I was out of town for the week), he asked me to sort it out and get back with him. Multiple times we left voice mails to ask Ryan, who set the initial appointment, to call us back to see if someone would come out to complete the job, the calls are no longer being returned. When I complained to the BBB, Clean Pro, LLC replied that we we never customers and they had no record of providing any services to me in any way (see attached invoice). Based on the areas of carpet missed and the continuing pet smells the deep cleaning was supposed to take care of, and total lack of any response to us, I will not be using them again nor can I recommend anyone else using them, either.

He checked the carpets, said they weren't bad, but suggested that I get a deodorizer solution to keep it smelling fresh longer. He said it would cost $650.00, I said that was to much. So he said it would take about an hour to clean. He proceeded to steam clean the carpet and was done in twenty minutes from beginning to end, no soap was used . I called the company and told Ryan that I was not happy about how the carpet was cleaned. His said ok, didn't seem to care much. I told him I'd not be recommending his company, he said ok. Very unprofessional and rude.

Was given a quote of 90 dollars for living room and stairs and when tech got here I added on scotch guard and enzyme. I was not told about a 59.99 service call or that it would be so much more for a simple job. I have everything moved for the tech. He sprayed down some enzyme stuff cam back a few ins later and steamed carpets then went back outside and got the scotch guard. I came outside to get paperwork and pay the bill. I was unable to pay with a credit card with out being charged an additional 3%. So I went back inside and sat down had to wait an hour before I could go in living room and read in detail over my bill. I sat there and looked and I had a charge for 80 dollars for a deep cleaning. Which I didn't ask for. I asked for enzyme and scotch guard. So I called the office and got Ryan, well he was having hand surgery that day I asked him about the deep cleaning and what that constitutes. He explained it was a more aggressive type of cleaning and they do more to carpet. I explained I didn't ask for that I asked for enzyme and guard, He said and would have Adrian call me, about 2 hours later I got a call from the technician Dexter. He said he used more of the solution to pre treat my floors. I said no it says deep cleaning on here. He said if I wasn't happy to call back on Monday and he would come back out. So the next day I called again about 10 am to speak to Adrian, the owner. He was again unavailable and told he would call me. Adrian by 2 pm still no call and now end of business day and nothing. I WOULD NOT use this company and will be filing a formal complaint with BBB. Shady and lacking professionalism.

I had heard they were a good company, but only when they first started out apparently. I was very disappointed in the price. It was a lot more than the estimate I got on the phone. I realize the extra was for a deep cleaning which we did need, but it was still almost $200 more than I expected. And then when he asked how I was going to pay and i said credit card, he said he would have to add a 3% surcharge to the bill. I was outraged at that point and said that maybe I should get mote estimates from other companies. If I hadn't already moved all the furniture, I would have had him leave. He said he would have to call his boss to get the surcharge waived which they did. It also took 2 days for the carpet to completely dry which I thought was too long. It was over 60 degrees on both of those days. I will not use them again. I had heard that they seem to up-charge once they get to your home. I guess I should have listened.

Super surprised to see a B rating on Angie's List when majority of ratings on Yelp are negative. This company used to operate as Indy Steam Cleaning. Go to Yelp and check out all of negative feedback under Clean Pro and Indy Steam Cleaning. This company had a D- rating under Indy Steam Cleaning with the BBB. You will get what you pay for with this company.

Hired contractor to clean carpets in home & clean dryer vents.  Contractor claimed they went on the roof and cleaned the roofvent when in fact they did not.  Contractor charged $120 for this sevice, however we never actually received this service in full.  A several weeks later we found years worth of compact birds nests in the roof dryer vent during a home sale inspection.  Contractor told us it would cost another $110 to come back out to finish the job.  That's right, a $10 discount to come back out to finish a job they lied about finishing in the first place.  They do not honor their original commitment. 

Tech arrived on time. Scheduled to have 4 rooms and 16 stairs cleaned. Price when booked was $89.99 plus $3 per stair. After tech began cleaning, he informed my husband that each closet in the bedrooms would be an additional $20. Since the fee to clean each room was $22.50, we couldn't see how they could justify charging $20 just for a closet. We declined. Since I wasn't told that each bedroom closet would be an additional $20 at the time I scheduled the cleaning, I felt this was a hidden/unreasonable charge. Tech also had a sarcastic demeanor. I would absolutely not hire this company again.

It went great, friendly and smart employees did an amazing job at getting all of my stains and dirt out, providing me with what seems like a brand new home, they made it spotless.

I should have checked here before hiring this contractor. I had a coupon come in the mail for $54.95 for 2 rooms and a hall.  I called and said that I had badly pet stained carpeting and asked how much extra it would cost for the stains.  He said it depended on the amount  of stains but felt like he could keep the cost under $100.00.

When the technician arrived he said my living room would count as 2 rooms so it was $69.99 pus additional for the stains.  The total came to $209.90 and that was supposed to be "giving me a break".  If we hadn't already moved everything out of the rooms I would not have paid the price but I was desperate.

He said he could not guarantee that he could get all the stains out  but he was there less than an hour and when he left the rugs did not look as good as the last time I had them cleaned.  He also left a large stain in front of the bathroom from not pushing the machine all the way to the door.  Couldn't he have opened the door to the bathroom to get close?

He also told me that he could not guarantee that the pee stains would not come back, which I knew from previous cleanings but some of the stains did not come out.

A day later the carpeting is still soaked and we can't move anything back yet. 

I know the last time I had my carpets done, they were there for more than an hour, it cost 1/3 the price, the  stains were all gone when they left, and the carpet was almost dry.  I thought I was calling the same company back but that was not the case.  Their names were similar.  I would use All Pro LLC again  but not Clean Pro LLC.  I cannot recommend this vendor.

Dexter came to our home to clean 4 rooms, a hallway and a walk in closet. He barely did a walk through. Did not ask us if we wanted him to perform a deep cleaning versus a standard cleaning. I showed him two spots that I wanted him to try and get out. He did try and sell us scotchguard for the carpets and I declined. He was there a total of about 20 minutes and left our carpets very wet. He did remark that our bedroom carpets were very good, the living room carpet is older than the other rooms. Which is a fact. The next day you could not tell our carpets had even been cleaned, in fact they looked worse in places. I called and spoke with Adrian and explained the situation, he said he would have to speak with Dexter when he got back to the shop around 4:00 pm. I told him that would be too late. We had our house torn apart and needed to get it back together. My husband called and spoke with Adrian, and then Dexter called us and spoke with my husband and told us that he offered me other options like a deep clean which he did not and that he had only had one other complaint in a year that wasn't his fault and this wasn't his fault either and that he would not be paid for this job if he had to come out and re-do it. He told him that he even got the stain up in the bedroom and didn't charge us for it and he lied about that because the stain didn't come out of the carpet. Dexter proceeded to tell my husband that he was on his way to our house to look at the carpet. Then Adrian called back and went round and round with my husband that they did the job that was paid for. My husband tried to get Adrian to come to our house and look at the carpet but he refused and Dexter didn't show up to look at the carpet either. Adian offered to do another "standard" cleaning on the carpet again or give us a 20% refund. We don't believe that they used any cleaning solution and they absolutely did not suck up any of the water that was used in the process. Finally after about 30 minutes of going round and round with Adrian we offered a 50% refund and he immediately agreed to that and said we would receive our check in a few days. The next week when I didn't receive a check, I called and spoke with Adrian. He conveniently forgot all about that conversation to me. He tells me if he gives us a refund that Dexter will not get paid, not my problem. I didn't write my check to Dexter, I wrote my check to Clean Pro. I also spoke to someone else at the company who sounded a lot like Dexter but claimed to be the co-owner and he told me that he would look into this and call me back but has not did that either. My husband called Adrian and Adrian did admit that he made the deal with my husband to refund us 50% but now says he cannot do that but claims he did not lie to us. Not sure what you call that but I call that a lie.

The owner is getting complaints from the management company saying that the cat odor is still in the carpet.  So they want to charge us $500 to re-do all the carpet.  I personally don?t believe the issue nor does the owner.  It?s a tremendous company.  I don?t know if there is something we could do to try to isolate where the issue is coming from or whatever.  I know we treated it.  I don?t know if they are still having a problem or not.  But I will give your name and number to the owner.  I moved out already from the place.  So I just sent her the invoice showing her what we did do because we did have it treated and paid an extra $100 to have it treated.  I didn?t try to short change it at all.  We didn?t so pest stain because there were no stains that I know of that, I didn?t see that kind of staining get out.  The carpets are all worn as they have been and it?s not like we changed any of that and we had people who have animals before.  I think she was just saying that it was the landing and I don?t know if you could the treatment on juts the landing.  She needs more information on what they are complaining about.  I have my own opinion of the management company.  The owner just started with his managing company, she didn?t have it when I first rented from her.  So it?s a brand new thing that she is trying and my opinion is that they were rude to the whole process of me moving out.  One of them came to make the walk through with me that day, he was there that day, and he was very grumpy.  That?s how they make money by having the tenant pay a percent.  

I paid $199 for a whole house cleaning and then $39 for free conditioning, another $70 for stairs and $100 for enzyme treatment.  The people from Pro Clean were great.  They were kind, quick and they came and did what they needed to do.  I didn?t think any more of it.  They did a great job. They were very professional and they listened.  I will use them again.
