It is laughable that their ads say " No hidden charges". I was told that they would charge for heavily soiled carpets. We have no pets, no urine stains, just a few spots in some of the bedrooms. While our carpet is not brand new, it is certainly in decent shape. The $100 estimate for 3 bedrooms and hallway quickly went to $300 to pretreat the stains! I have never had to pay for carpet cleaners to squirt a little extra solution on spot stains!!! In the end I told the cleaner to only pretreat spots in one bedroom and just do a general cleaning in the other bedrooms. The total was $205. So I paid an extra $105 for him to pretreat a few stains in one bedroom. He said I was getting a bargain because typically in would be $120! So $100 estimate for 3 rooms and a hall to over $100 more to pretreat one room. I will never again again use a company who advertises via a coupon in the magazine or the mail. They were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
