 + -1 moreIt was a difficult process because of the negotiations and lack of compromise from the seller. However, Cara took care of everything and made it work. I don't think many agents would have worked as hard or had the knowledge and experience to get this deal closed.
Description of Work: Cara helped locate the house and negotiate the price and work that needed to be completed per the inspection. Demands were very specific in the home needed and Cara was able to find the specific house meeting those demands. There were also sufficient inadequacies on the house and the seller was reluctant to meet any of the inspection items. Cara worked hard with the sellers agent to come to terms and help close this deal. I don't think it would have closed without her! I would recommend Cara Gail to anyone buying a home.
