The whole process went very well. When I called to arrange the appointment Mike was very friendly and told me it would be about 10 days before he could get someone to my house and gave me an estimated cost. . I agreed and asked to be called before the man showed up. His man Kevin called and arrived on time. Kevin was very efficient and provided some tips and information as he worked. We had already purchased the new items and Kevin agreed that we made good choices. The whole process took less than 1 1/2 hours. Kevin was very neat and cleaned up everything. The best part came when the charges were less than the estimate.

He's awesome. I've called them with other question and he'll tell me what are some that he can do or he can't do like I call them to install my reverse osmosis and he said that that is not really his thing. He's really honest guy, hard worker and I have no problem with him at all. He's very good at what he does. What I like about him is that he respond to you very quickly when you call him, he's fair, he will double check pricing on parts for you, he's knowledgeable and personable.

.Service calls (2) went exceptionally smooth and professional. The toilet areas were completely cleaned after each service call and are still working well now three months later. Good job. Nice people!

Mike came out and took a look at the situation. He gave us some good suggestions and a solution to the problem. He was here for about 45 minutes and he did not even charge us since he did not do any work at that time. I have been happy with him.

He did a good job. His price was cheaper than the big plumbers in town. I would recommend them. Since it is a small business, his availability isn't as flexible as some of the larger plumbing operations. They aren't available as much.

He very clearly gave me options about whether to just cap off the leaking faucet or replace it entirely because it was redundant. There was another outside faucet, 20 feet away from it. He had to get in through kitchen cabinetry to cut the pipe and cap it. He helped me pull kitchen drawers out and off the runners and got into this little space in there and said he could cap that off. If we were going to put a new pipe in, he was going to have to work through that same space and it would be more work and it would cost more. I had already purchased a water pressure gauge at Lowe's and measured my pressures myself. So I knew what they were. I told him what they were and I told him that people in the neighborhood were having problems with flooring and carpeting because of water leaks because the pressure in this neighborhood incoming, is too high. I asked him to verify. We looked at where it might go and what the options were and what the benefits were. For the first time, I ever really understood how a water softener works. He explained it. He was very informative and educational. I agreed to cap off the water faucet and he did install the pressure gauge. It was done in record amount of time. He didn't leave any mess. There wasn't a drop of water anywhere. I was very pleased with that. I had to wait almost a week before someone could come, but it was because I think I called them Tuesday or so before the 4th July weekend and he wasn't going to be able to get there that week and then the Holiday. So I kind of had to wait a little longer, but it wasn't like I was flooded or anything. It wasn't an emergency.

They were very good about explaining things thoroughly. They were on time punctual.....there were two service times and they were on time and did what they said they would do. They were a good price for the product too.

They are great. The get back to us right away. They always give us good information.

Mike Bush Plumbing does this every Fall. They are simply the best plumbing company I've come across. There is no need to look further. They are the only people I call when I have any plumbing needs.

We were painting our utility room and needed to move the washing machine. So we shut off the water, but when we tried to disconnect the machine water sprayed everywhere because the shut off valves were not working. Seems like all the valves in our house are going bad, it was time to call Mike Bush Plumbing. This happened during the Holidays so we had to wait a couple of days, since it was not an emergency. When they came out they were able to replace the valves without much trouble. They also replace the utility sink valves as they were dripping too. They are friendly, nice and cleaned up afterwards. We have used Mike Bush Plumbing several times and always have been pleased with their work.

The information Mike gave us was excellent! He answered all of our questions and solved the problem without needing to come to our house, since we had had another provider perform the initial service. Mike saved us time and money. Thanks so much!!

I received 5 quotes for a sump pump and back up. I chose mikes plumbing because they were reasonable priced and very knowledgeable. Kevin and josh were professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.

mike's team took up flooring, jack hammered through the slab, located the leak (inbound water line from street to house), blazed/welded it back together. they had a sub come out to repour concrete. while they were there they also repaired a toilet that didn't flush well. through it all, these guys were courteous, true to their word, fairly priced, and willing to go above and beyond.

Punctual, friendly, on time and completely cleaned up before leaving. Will certainly use them for any future plumbing jibs.

In the week following Indy's nastiest snow storm in decades, I thought my chances of getting a plumber were slim to none. I left a voicemail on Mike Bush's phone on a Sunday afternoon and he called me back promptly at 8am the following morning. Mike indicated he would somehow figure out how to fit me in that day even though he was booked. During the call, he was gathering information about what happened and he asked me to go down and unplug the pump, then plug it back in to see if that would help. When I got downstairs, I saw that the pit had overflowed (not the case a few hours earlier when my husband checked before he left for work!) and I became a little panicked. Mike said "Your situation has become urgent. I will make some calls to change my schedule. I will have someone at your house within the hour." Less than an hour later Josh arrived, showed me what he was going to do, answered 100 of my questions (God Bless you for your patience Josh!), then took care of my problem. There was a challenge for him in that it was so flooded in the pit, he had to re-plumb to get the new pump in. No extra charge. To him it was a non-event, just part of the job. Job complete before 10 am. Now THAT'S service! Mike: Thank you for counseling me through the panic and for sending such a qualified plumber in record time. I can't thank you and Josh enough. You are the best!!

I wish that I could take Mike with me to SC, the state that we are moving to!! He is a true professional and did excellent work! Kevin works with Mike and came to our home at the time I was given for the service call. He was very considerate--wore shoe protectors, told me what he was going to do and what he did, and cleaned up after himself beautifully.
