Hardware & Home Improvement Stores, Concrete Repair
They sent the bill for concrete to the contractor's address in the wrong city. When they were not paid, they called the contractor (who told us he returned the call the same day) and our house demanding payment and simultaneously had their lawyer (E. Roy Rodabaugh of Easter and Cavosie) send us a "Notice of Personal Liability" via certified mail. Leslie Kinder of Builder's was told by the contractor that no bill had been received and that they would be paid when it was received. Generally, it seems like the company choses to manage their own mistake via legal threats and we will avoid them in the future.
