They did a great job. There were no problems. The roof is 12 years old now, and we've had no problems with it. Their clean-up was excellent. They even punctured a hole in a grill and replaced it.

They had to do an extra 10 feet of soffit repair that had been damaged by water penetration and didn't charge extra as there was no additional materials needed over the original estimate. I was very pleased with the final job.

This is the third time we've used Brinkman in the past 20 years. They've done excellent work on all occasions. This time it was the two Dan brothers doing all the work. They're excellent. They are especially good at metal roof flashing/counterflashing. Nice guys to work with, and very highly recommended.

SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LOOKED AT THE ISSUES - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. WASN'T SURE EXACTLY THE CAUSE - POSSIBLE THE FLASHING, POSSIBLY SOME LOOSE CAULK. ASKED IF HE COULD REPAIR BOTH FOR $45 AND WOULDN'T CHARGE ME UNTIL THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND IF NOT HE WILL RETURN TO INVESTIGATE OTHER ''DEEPER'' ISSUES. SO FAR THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD THAT I AM HAVING THEM LOOK AT OTHER PROJECTS AT MY HOME TOO!

THE PROBLEM WASN'T DUE TO THEIR WORK, RATHER A CHIMNEY CAP. THEY REALLY SEEMED CONCERNED ABOUT THE LEAK AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I HAVE TURNED TO THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES FOR MAINTENANCE ON MY HOME. ITS NICE TO HAVE SUCH A DEPENDABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH A COMPANY. I DONT THINK THEY DO GUTTER CLEANING ON A REGULAR BASIS. AN EMPLOYEE DID IT ON HIS OWN TIME IN MY CASE.
