Poor quality Missing panels Poor customer service Told us cabinets were American made-boxes say Made in China Not all wood as reported Missing paint on some pieces One cabinet arrived crushed Big gaps in some pieces Bottom cabinet 1/2 “ from wall edge Top cabinet 1 1/2” from wall

We sat down with Jake and our measurements and mentioned what we would like and Jake entered everything into his design system to show us what it would look like. We able to go back and easily modify the design to exactly what we wanted and liked. With a 50% deposit we placed or order and they were ready in less then two weeks. Jake advised me that he did not like the quality of the clear coat on the inside of one of the drawers and that he had already made a replacement order. This did not affect us being able to install the cabinets & I really appreciate his quality control. When I do my bath remodel, I will use Boger Cabnitry!
