+ -1 moreHe did not do any work yet. He is very nice. He said he would do the work for whatever State Farm said the amount should be. He is not licensed, not bonded, not insured, and he has no workman's compensation. Therefore, I do not recommend that anyone hire him until he gets the appropriate credentials. If someone would hire him, and if one of the worker's would be injured, the homeowner could be sued in that situation.
Description of Work: He came out to give an estimate.
