Their price was the best of anyone I surveyed. The service was a bit slower than expected, but bad weather played a big role in that, so I don't think they're entirely at fault. When the job was completed, it was done very professionally, and you also receive a drawing with the layout of the property.
They can be a bit slow to respond to e-mail inquiries, but otherwise I'd give a grade of A for the service. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They used in an incorrect reference for the survey and provided me with the wrong information. They were supposed to correct it and that has never happened. I've contacted them by email and phone. They don't respond to email and when I call they say they will take care of it, but it hasn't happened.

I thought they were ok except that they took my credit card number before they did the work and as soon as they did the work they charged my credit card. I thought I would receive a call for them before they charged my card. I am missing a couple of stakes and I called them to come back out to replace the stakes but they were going to charge me $300 to do so.

I called Benchmark to request a quote for a residential land survey. After giving me a minimum price ''for a new subdivision'' (mine is not a new subdivision), they asked for my address and even a lot number so they could give me an exact quote. I never received this quote, or even heard back from them.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT SOONER THAN ANYBODY ELSE. THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO.
