Below Market by Kittle's

Not well. I feel like I am pulling teeth to get anything done. I am still dealing with it. I had to go to the manager at the main Kittel's store before anything got done. He said he would get back with me this Friday.

I went to several stores before making my purchase at Kittle's Outlet. The set I found at Kittle's Outlet was much cheaper than at any other store. A clerk at another bedding store even told me that there was no way he could even come close to the price being offered at Kittle's Outlet for a name brand king set.  Since I had already been in several bedding stores before entering Kittle's Outlet, I already knew basically what I wanted. When I entered the store, there were a couple of clerks at the front, but no one offered to help. I looked at the mattresses alone, and then went looking for a salesperson. Once I got someone to help me, she was very helpful. She showed me several options, including the floor models on clearance. I ended up purchasing the first mattress I tried, which was very comfortable in the store; however, the mattress that was delivered was not nearly as soft. It is a Simmons, and the sides are so hard that I must sleep near the middle of the mattress to get comfortable. It feels like the mattress slants toward the middle. Since there is a "no return" policy, I am stuck with it. I do not know if the mattresses sold at an outlet store are of different quality, but I probably would not purchase one here again.  I have had the mattress for 8 weeks and it is still uncomfortable. Also, when the delivery guy took the plastic bag off the mattress, he accidentally made a small tear in the fabric. This was not noticed until he left, so I did not even bother calling to complain. The sales clerk was very nice, though, and sent me a thank you note the next week.

The mattress I purchased was on display so I got a $1300 set for about $600.  They stand by their product.  They offer delivery service.  They offer designer consultants, even at the outlet.  It is the same furniture that is in their designer show room.  The best part of the outlet is that they are items that are pretty much one of a kind, they are already custom made.   At the showroom you get to actually order them because it is going to be custom made.  Since I purchase items from them I am on a preferred mailing list so they send me things on items I know they like. 

I purchased a mattress and box springs from Kittles.  I was happy with the service they provided and the quality of the mattress. 

My wife looked at several stores for a leather couch.  She chose Kittle's because of the helpful salesperson (Pat Edging) and the price.

They worked a price for both of the beds. They also stayed over to correct the charge of the beds and put the beds in lay-away. They also called to schedule an appointment for the beds to be delivered and also thanked me for the purchase.
