It was fine.

Sent email to get a quote and the form wanted to know the best time me to call and I checked am. Tammy called in pm and was able to get someone scheduled very quickly. Rachael cam to clean and her work was great. We were very pleased. I had told Tammy that we wanted someone on a biweekly basis and ask Rachael if she would be coming back but she didn't know. Rachael cleaned on a Thursday and when I didn't her from Tammy I called her the following week to see if we were on the schedule for regular cleanings. She said she was working on the scheduled and would let me know. Another week and no call or confirmation that we were on the schedule, so I called Tammy again and she said she was working on the schedule and at that point I knew she was not a person I wanted to work with and I said to take our name off her list to schedule for regular cleanings. I then had to listen to her excuses for why she hadn't called (there were many) and that they did indeed have us a n the schedule for Thursday. I kept trying to tell her not to send anyone and she continued with her excuses and I finally hung up the phone. About 30 minutes later she called and said that if we wanted to have someone clean she would offer a discount as though it was a first time cleaning. She apologized for the way she handled the call and I told her thank you but no thank you. Trying to give people discounts for bad service does not make the service any better. Please note that the ratings are based on the lack of service provided by Tammy not Rachael's cleaning of the house.

It is going great! Rachael is wonderful with our two cats and two dogs. Our cat follows her the whole time she cleans. I love the company's commitment to using only natural non toxic cleaning agents. The house is impeccably cleaned at a very reasonable price. The scheduling is flexible and the company does a great job checking in and making it easy to arrange. This is the first time we have ever had regular cleaning service and I was thrilled with how easy it was to work with AYW and set up cleaning. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for regular reliable cleaning with natural products and pet friendly service.

I have been using the the company for a few years. One cleaner comes out for the service. I am not usual home while they clean. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They are thorough and trustworthy. I have had no issues with scheduling a service for when I need.

I would use them again in the future. I would never use anybody else.

I have used service for a number of years. Price is very reasonable, they are always responsive and professional. The cleaners do a wonderful job each time they come.

The service turned out very good. I was very happy. They did a very thorough cleaning. They called to confirm before hand to let us know they were coming. They were professional, punctual and performed great work. They were priced very fair. A very interesting thing is they do a green cleaning that is all Eco friendly.

As You Wish Cleaning Service was able to book the service at the last minute, due to change in guest's travel plans. Staff member Glovetta was thorough, polite, and worked around plumbers on call. She worked with me to determine what needed to be done, and when asked, made excellent suggestions about maintaining cleaning.

I like them because they use green cleaning products and non-toxic cleaners. Its the same woman that comes out each time. She does a thorough job cleaning the house.

Their natural products did a superb job on my hardwood floors, however I don't think the natural products do as good a job in the bathroom shower wall tiles and floor tiles. Next time I will have her use the regular/toxic kind I usually use, such as clorox, fantastic, etc. The rest of the house cleaning was very good. I would use them again.

LaShonda arrived early and brought all cleaning supplies with her. She started upstairs and cleaned the master bedroom, 2 baths, a quick dust and vacuum in the other 2 bedroom and loft area as per my request. She concentrated more time on the first floor as I had asked including cleaning the 1/2 bath, the kitchen, sunroom, living room, and den. She cleaned the hardwood floors on her hands and knees and they absolutely glow! She even organized my 10 year old's bookcase. It looks great. She managed all of this in 3 hours. I was very pleased. The only thing I noticed was the master bath countertop had not been cleaned. I think it was a complete oversight because everything else was great. LaShonda had asked me if there was anything I noticed that needed more attention but I didn't notice the counter at the time. I'm sure she would have done it if I had seen it. So, I take part of the blame.

So far we are happy with them.

They are very hard working and thorough.
