satellite tv service
+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLER DID NOT INSTALL THE CABLE CORRECTLY. THIS SYSTEM NEEDED ALL NEW WIRING BECAUSE THEY TOLD US THE WIRING FROM THE OLD SYSTEM WOULD NOT WORK. THERE IS A LOOSE WIRE RUNNING ACROSS OUR DOORWAY. IT IS LOOSE AND NOT SECURED. THE CABLE OUTSIDE RUNS AT AN ANGLE ACROSS OUR FLOWER BED AND IS NOT SECURED AGAINST THE HOUSE. WE HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY EVERYDAY TO HAVE THE CABLE INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND ARE TOLD THAT THE FIELD SERVICE MANAGER WOULD CALL AND/OR COME OUT AND THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED OUR PEGUSUS SYSTEM WITH THE DISH NETWORK.
