A One Title LLC

I have worked with several title companies in the past which much ease and success. This was my first experience with a title company that clearly did not know what they were doing. The seller had the choice, and they chose to close with friends instead of a reputable title agent. They messed up my HUD majorly, and thankfully my outstanding Realtor spent the entire weekend trying to fix the issues at hand. At close, the title agent read the details of my loan, including the amount borrowed, interest, my payment, and other private information out loud in front of the buyers, their real estate agent, my real estate agent and my loan officer. It was extremely distasteful, a violation of my privacy and completely unprofessional. They also would not submit my exemptions, which is unheard of in the previous states I have lived. I would not recommend this title company.
